They don’t care and are not fair!
The company really does not care about customers, or their satisfaction, or anything at all!
From start to finish I have persevered with them and tried to be patient. However they are the cowboys of car fleet trading.
Poor communication to me and between themselves.
Absolutely couldn’t organise anything with any degree of certainty.
And fluffed away saying they can’t do anything.
I was quoted my 2nd car to be a repeat of the car I had already- except when it arrived it was so absolutely basic. Not comparable. Very misleading. No one would be happy. And months down since the order the price has dropped significantly.
I rang immediately and they argued it is the manufacturers right to change.
They absolutely wouldn’t accept to be treated how I have been- but they are not able to empathise or even explain the procedures they have to put things right. No budge on price even though it’s £70 less now- May vs Jan quotes.
I’m disappointed my NHS trust only have these as an option- as many of my colleagues have had similar frustrating experiences. Some even worse trying to get electrical charging installation and delivery issues.
I Would NOT recommend them at all.
My biggest ever regret is that the get out penalty is £££thousands.
I really will not be giving them a second more of my time, or a penny more of my business, as soon as I get an opportunity to leave them- I will!
Nothing is worth the stress and all the hassle they have caused me.
So long as they have your money- that’s all they care about and nothing else.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
