Mistaken order

They send me different postcard then I order. Although card cost was only 3pounds, I paid 15pounds for delivery. Very disappointing

Really pleased with the company and…

Really pleased with the company and product received after reading the other reviews I was pretty dubious I would receive my product but it arrived well on time and it was the right product .

Avoid

Avoid! Tried to contact them for weeks to return an item, absolutely fell on deaf ears, no reply or acknowlegement whatsoever. I have been forced to keep item costing £80. Strongly suggest you do not order as you will never be able to return.

Item never arrived, emails went unanswered

Item was paid for and never received. Multiple emails asking for an update have gone unanswered, but they have taken my money. Atrocious customer service. Have reported to my credit card company to get a refund. Avoid!!!
