The order arrived poorly packaged
The order arrived poorly packaged, with the box torn.
The chair has several risks on it and the table arrived with a broken corner.
Poor quality material and little care in packaging and transportation!
I had urgency to put the furniture ready to use and that's why I didn't return it, but I won’t buy from this store again!

very disappointing.
I received it damaged and the costumer service is not responsive enough. I’m stuck with a box in my living room for a week not knowing what to do.
If you charge so much for furniture you should deliver a high quality product.
Very disappointed since I waited over a month for it to arrive. Could have ordered from a different store and receive sooner but I loved the design and it looked like high quality, but the reality is not as it was on the site.

I didn't recieved the complete order! They deliverd ONLY one piece, and say that the order is complete! Im try to call and email but they Sony respond!!! Im very upset.
