In reference to the last comment and its response, after two months waiting, emails change and breaches various, I still don't have my delivered order and the latest news from the carrier (SEUR) is that the order is going to suffer a delay. That's it. An unfortunate odyssey. Any single person in your company charge, gives an effective solution. Never again... Already in the Consum hands. My legal representation and in press queue.

Horrible quality
Horrible quality. I bought a pack of 4 dining chairs which are supposed to have wooden legs, I received the chais but the legs were metal with a sticker on the legs that made them look like wood. Naturally when I received the chairs some of the wooden sticker had fallen off. Overall the worst quality chairs ive seen.

1. Delivery was delayed for couple days.
2. You delivered used and broken table.
3. To return the goods, I still have to go and print out some documents. And spent my time for that.
4. Considering that you completely failed my order, I was not even offered any discount on my next order.
In conclusion, I want to say that this was my last order from you, given the terrible service.

The delivery method you have chosen is by appointment, so the agency must call you to make an appointment with you depending on your availability. For this reason, the delivery date was 2 days after the estimated date.
We are sorry to hear that the table arrived damaged, but in no way the table shipped was previously used. It was a new table.
As there were no more units of the table left to exchange, you were offered a refund. The way to proceed is to send the return label to the customer so that the goods are correctly identified. We can see that our after-sales team offered you an alternative that did not cause you any inconvenience.

Delivery time displayed on the website is not true. It was informed that it will be delivered on Saturday but in fact there was an attempt do delivery on Tuesday (I was not at home) and then it was rescheduled to Thursday.
