Terrible customer service

Booked the wrong date, and asked to rebook it.
They did not want to help out with this, and said that they do not rebook any flights. The only thing they offered was a 10 EUR discount for a 200 EUR ticket. Terrible customer service - They seem to not care one bit about their customer base.
I was even going to book via. them again, but since they do not rebook, I am forced to use another company.

on 15/12/2023 was meant to travel to Mauritius - flight got delayed once in Melbourne! flew from brisbane on the eve. flight was 2h20 friday morning - only took off 13h same day - NEITHER AIR ASIA nor KIWI could relate or confirm delay - flight status NEVER CHANGED ON kiwi neither air asia! its only the next morning where Kiwi asked to stay awake for update that i never got until aroun 10 next day for 13h20 rescheduled flight. only place that wwould confirm no flight as per original schedul was Melbourne airport. coz of them missed my connecting flight - arroved in malaysia and liaised back and forth 12 hours with useless Kiwi cxutomer managment for them to tell me book my own flight as no visa WHEN final destination no visa required as am a citixen of mauritius. no refund for flight from malayisa via air austral(own expenses) which they said they will refund , but never !! sent accomodation expenses as well in malaysia but no refund - no roaming refund neither! was travelling to makevsurprise after 5 years - because of kiwi my whole holidays ruined - not looking forward for long travel anytime soon because of these incompetentn and useless company!! NEVERE AGAIN!!!! I WANT A;; MY MONEY BACK!!!!

DAYLIGHT SCAM! REFUND MY MONEY!!!!

Complained bitterly about refunding my flight money or being able to change my flight! Both requests were denied! my £628 is still with Kiwi for an unused flight, what kind of daylight scam is that???? Very very very very unfair! PLS REFUND MY MONEY!!!! Thank you!!!!! Only then can I ever think of talking positively about Kiwi!!!! Who does that!!! What kind of business is being done like that! So Inhuman!!! Kindly refund my money!!!!

Kiwi managers externalize…

Kiwi managers externalize responsibility for their own incompetence. Despite repeated communication that the crate size/shape had nothing whatsoever to do with Kiwi informing me that "Service not available" numerous time when I tried to book a return flight with my pet (talk about stress!), they continue to gaslight customers with their response to my review on Trustpilot.

My final email to Kiwi:
Hi Nestor,
Your email once again confirms that Kiwi does not understand the issue and thus has not taken responsibility for it.
This issue had nothing whatsoever to do with the pet carrier. To repeat: the pet carrier is irrelevant.
Kiwi can not book pets on planes for West Jet! The passenger has to call West Jet directly to book a pet on the plane. It's that simple.
Do you now understand the problem?
Kiwi emailed West Jet to try to book my pet on the plane. Kiwi can not book pets on West Jet. Only the passenger can book their pet on a West Jet flight.
A Kiwi representative should have told me to call West Jet to book my pet on the plane. None of the representatives I emailed instructed me to call West Jet to book a space for my pet because none of Kiwi's representatives were aware of this rule.
I eventually called West Jet and booked a space for my pet on the plane.
Kiwi will never improve customer service if employees of Kiwi do not understand the problem and do not take responsibility for problems with how Kiwi trains its employees.

We know that things do not always go as planned, and such feedback is a great opportunity to learn and improve our processes and services.
As a brokerage agency, we need to stick to the rules established by the airlines and booking systems we use, especially in what refers to maximum measures for pets' crates in the cabin, to avoid our passengers having issues at the airport, and being denied boarding.
Blah, blah, blah...

Avoid at all costs! Spend a little extra and book with a competent brokerage.

Online scamming

Six months ago, I purchased a round-trip ticket from the mentioned company. However, on the day of travel, I tested positive for covid and immediately notified the agent with pictures of my test results. After recovering, I contacted the company to inquire about changing my travel plans or obtaining a refund. However, the company asked a doctor's certificate, despite the fact that having already provided them with the test results on the day of travel. At present, I have been unable to log into my account on the company's website and have been unable to locate a phone number to contact them. The behavior is broad day light robbery and a perfect example of online scammer.

Accusing Kiwi.com

I bought a round-trip ticket between Incheon and Cebu Airport on March 14th. And the ticket was canceled in less than 5minutes. I don't understand why can't get a refund?
I saw a case where a refund was not received for a similar reason in Republic of Korea.
I've been collecting Kiwi.com consumer complaints in Korea. The 243 cases have occurred in the last 3 years.

After this horrible experience I’ve decided to always buy tickets from the airline. I’m thinking Kiwi speculate in cancellations.
Hopefully you won’t do the same mistake and buy your tickets at kiwi.

I tried to cancel the ticket before the ticket is confirmed. They said I can be refunded full money before confirmed but there is not a button to cancel. And few minute after, it confirmed. I canceled my booking today that I paid on the same day!!!!!! Terrible!!!! This is illegal under consumer law. Solve this problem

Terrible service!!!

Terrible service!!!! I was more than 1 hour trying to get in contact with customer service, the app make you going in circles to avoid you contacting them. My flight was delayed more than 3h and they refused to help me, by law I can have a refund from the carrier but they don’t do anything to help the customers. I would never recommend this service. They offer the flights a few £ cheaper but if you have any issue forget about getting any help from them, my advice book always from the aero line. Highly disappointed!!!!

This site tries to “legally” rip off…

This site tries to “legally” rip off people’s money. We booked 5 tickets for our trip from ICN South Korea to Taipei Taiwan and back for our summer vacation in June back in February. However, due to changes in plans we contacted the site in April asking if we could make some changes to our depature and arrival date. When we called their korean number, the person who picked up was not even fluent in korean which was an absolute disaster because he had trouble understading what we said. After a long conversation, the only response we got was the they could not refund our ticket, and that we could get a 10euro “discount” for our new reservation. We asked if there was any other way we could get our money back, but all we got was that they wrote in their terms of agreement that this was the deal. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Tried to alter a small detail on my flight directly after purchasing it and they tried to charge me 30 Eur for a handling fee.
Their app also doesnt support the airline I'm flying with so I can't check in before going to the airport. These guys are living in the stone age, avoid if you can

I canceled it due to personal reasons, but there was no explanation in the refund regulation that only 10 euros would be refunded.
Kiwi only refunded us 10 euros in credit.
We still haven't received much money.
I suffered a lot of losses.
This way, kiwi victims continue to grow

I had to pay for the charge for Changed flights.
but i didn't get the refund for original flights because they are saying it is non-refundable flights.
However there is any comment about non-refundable but there saying if you change a new flight you just have to pay for discounted charge. THEY ARE PLAYING WORD GAMES ON CUSTOMERS.
I just blew up my 100 dollars. never going to use this company again

DO NOT BOOK USING KIWI.COM!!! THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMERS!! Thats the reason they have a low rating. They owe me a $1000 and have continuously lied about why they wont refund my money. There is a HUGE social media group were THOUSANDS of people have been scammed and everyone has the SAME story. The company take your money and YOU WILL NOT get it back! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!. Even the credit card companies know! My card told me they have had 100s and 100s of people who have said they same thing! There is a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT in the works against KIWI.com.
