The work completed on my car, by Adam & His colleague, is of the highest standard. Four area of scratches removed and repainted without trace.

Very bad experience

Booked a flight including a stop. First flight was delayed and I lost the connection. I called them multiple times and the only solution offered was to pay for a new flight. I also let me them notice that during the reservation on their website it saying that they will provide new flights and even the hotel in those cases. Do you want to know what they answered me? "Where we say that we will provide it for free?" I really get mad with them on the phone after this answer. They were ridiculous!!! By the way, no free solutions offered. At the end I have to pay for another flight. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!!

Booked a connecting flight and it was saying it’s enough time to self-transfer in Kuala Lumpur airport. The AirAsia staff informed us that 1.5 h is absolutely not enough for that from landing to picking up the bags and doing the whole process from the begging. So if we miss the connecting flight Kiwi don’t care. Gladly AirAsia saved us.

Avoid this company

Very poor customer service. My flight were delayed by more than 10:30 hrs each way. When I requested a cancellation and full refund, they wouldn’t refund. They aren’t IATA or ABTA members so you can’t complain about them. The worst experience ever. Avoid these scammers at any cost

I respectfully ask for an expedited refund

Please refer to it and be careful when booking tickets through Kiwi.com.
A lot of time has passed even in the application for a flight ticket refund, saying, "We are waiting for the transportation company to process it."
My reservation number is 522 886 826.
If you purchased a multi-section ticket departing on November 29th and returning on December 6th on May 8th, 2024 (purchase and payment).
We ask for prompt payment of the payment, so please take prompt action. Other users should not forget the inconvenience of Kiwi's refund.

Kiwi is fraud.they looted my 800£ for…

Kiwi doesn't have a proper system in place.. Because of which I have lost a good amount of money when I did the flight booking.
I received only 20% of the refund money after 1 year of follow up..I lost the total of 650 euro.. this is not done..

Beware of KIWI, untrustworthy organization

I booked my daughter a flight from Ankara to Riyadh to spend the Eid with us through Kiwi on Turkish airline and payed 170 US dollars. They claim that Turkish airlines cancelled one leg of the flight (Ankara to Istanbul) and give me a choice to ask for assisted refund or pay an additional 97 Euro for a re route. I decided to choose to pay to avoide losing the full amount and then I paid for the Kiwi guarantee 32 USD. So far I paid over 300 USD. They them came back and said there is a price change of 62 USD on the flight. I ask them to cover it since I bought the Kiwi guarantee and it should cover versus cancellation or price change, they refused and said I bought after I paid for the ticket even though I paid it immediately. I asked them to refund me my money for everything, they said they will refund me only the 97 Euro and will work with Turkish airlines to see if they will refund anything even though they the one cancelled the flight and will not pay me back the kiwi guarantee as it’s an additional service. This discussion with their customer service going since 2 weeks and I am getting no where. They are the worst and not trustworthy at all. Do not use them. I am booking direct with the carriers. Beware of using KIWI

It's the worst. Don't use it. The flight is completely gone, but you can't get a full refund. You have to pay an extra 500,000 won to choose a substitute. Don't use it everyone

Left stranded…

I was Due to fly back home from Rome tonight flying from Rome to Venice, then Venice to Edinburgh. I tried checking in for both flights and I managed to get checked in for my 1st flight Rome to Venice but when I tried to check in for my Ryanair flight from Venice to Edinburgh It showed me through the Ryanair app, that the flight was yesterday!. All my itinerary from Kiwi travel shows both flights as leaving tonight. When I called them and told them that they had made a mistake and explained that it looks like the Ryanair flight they booked us on left yesterday they told me they would look into it and call back. After 4 hrs they called and said that the flight was changed but they were not notified from Ryanair therefore nothing they could do! And i was told i need to take it up with Ryanair and I would have to pay to get another flight home from Venice to Edinburgh. (There were no flights leaving Venice until Tuesday) They said the only thing they could do was help get me the flight! the flight they sent me was to take 31hrs!!! Rome to Venice, Venice to Paris then Paris to Edinburgh! We were expected to sleep in airports! needless to say we were not willing to do that and at a cost of almost £600, we had no choice but to look for another flight ourselves, which will have us home in 2hrs 45mins but we have had to pay £700. Now we have to fight to get our money back. I just wonder how many others appeared at the airport for that flight to be told the flight left yesterday! DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS

Refund unpaid

Flight was cancelled with just 24 hours notice back in October. Kiwi haven't bothered to raise a refund and credit card companies cannot assist as they act as agents for carriers. So if you have a dishonest agent, it's a real problem if flight is cancelled.

Horrendous Experience

Horrendous Experience - Never Again!

I booked 4 flights with Kiwi in Argentina, with FlyBondi.

3 out of the 4 flights got re-scheduled, one of them at a time the airline knew fully well I would not make due to the short connection time.

They initiated the cancellation with Kiwi, however after 4 days of back and forth, Kiwi refused to issue a refund, as the airline did not provide them one piece of information that I also could not get myself.

Kiwi is literally buying tickets in bulk that they know will get re-scheduled just to get more money out of their customers.

A joke of a travel agent, never using them again.

Please never use kiwi

Please never use kiwi . They got my surname wrong - they missed off the last few letters of my surname . They told me this could be corrected - I just had to wait for a payment link . After so many stressful emails - about 10 hours before my flight they said they couldn’t change it. They said try at the airport but we can’t guarantee you will fly . £500 spent and so much hassle - I am going to the airport not knowing if I will get in the plane .

Less than 1 point.. they void the refund

I got flight ticket with Kiwi.com from Nairobi, Kenya to Livingston, Zambia(trasnsit at Lusaka) with 2 different airlines(was self tranfer ; 5 hours) on 7th, feb but suddenly they sent email and told me the second flight had been canceled, and changed to new schedule which depart on 9th. it is more than 53 hours transfer. It's not possible to accept this schedule. So i asked them just cancel the second one immediately so that i make the new flight ticket.

When i contact to Zambia airline to solve this problem, they will cancel if the travel agency send them 'waiver code' but travel agency refused to help me for partial refund right now and forced to me get more expensive ticket without pre-refund process which not protecting refund. They just keep telling me refund amount is up to the airline policy even my flight has been canceled. They just avoid the refund to the cancel flight. And never helpful and keep saying same thing.

Airline fraud

I encountered a challenge with my flight booking through Kiwi for a round trip from BKK to HKT. Initially, Kiwi informed me that my BKK to HKT flight was canceled by the airline and indicated no possibility of a refund. Taking matters into my own hands, I reached out to the airline directly, and to my surprise, they agreed to provide a refund. Upon notifying Kiwi of this development, they offered me the choice to either keep the credit or receive a refund.

Opting for a refund through Kiwi, I encountered a dilemma as their system lacked the option to cancel just one leg of the journey, resulting in the cancellation of both flights. Unfortunately, despite this inconvenience, I received only an 80% refund for one way, which amounts to less than half of my total payment. Regrettably, the refund process took longer than expected, extending beyond 60 days.

Regrettably, this experience has led me to the decision that I will not use Kiwi for future flight bookings.

They didnt refund for ticket

Recently, i booked flight which going male on 1/22. But i canceld that flight for my personal reasons. First i waiting the refunds, but they didnt anything. So i contact kiwi, they jusy saying to me that they are contacting transport company. But they didnt do anything
That ticket's price is 2,876,123KWH. Continuously i ask for refunds to kiwi. But they said that "we cant not refund flight which you cancel for personal reasons" i think that it is very unreasonable.
I will never book flight through kiwi
