Horrible customer experience
They check you in!
Great experience booking my flight with Kiwi. They actually checked me in and sent me the boarding passes which easily downloaded via their app and straight to my wallet. Excellent service as this eliminates a whole lot of travel stress. I’ll be booking with them again for sure.
Biggest Scam!
They deleted my comment and review! Wow do not trust these people, they are the biggest scammers! Book with someone you know, I’ve lost $700 because of these thieves! Save your money and book with a trusted company. The agents are honestly useless, I’ve posted a review here before with my booking number etc but somehow it’s not available.. which is unfortunate.. anyway they pretend like they want to help but they don’t even know what they are doing. Everything is scripted they don’t actually look at your situation to resolve. They failed to cancel my flight with the airline and I’m penalized for it?! Beware!

I want to share about my past…
I want to share about my past experience using kiwi. To simplify it to one word: catastrophic. During the corona pandemic, the flight that I booked(114029509) in kiwi got cancel. Was not my fault, just the corona massing the whole thing. Normally, in this case, the booking needs to be refund properly. But kiwi, it wasn't. You not only needed to request refund, but also you had to pay like 20-30dollars to get faster refund. So I did, but I had to waited like more than 2 years to get refund. Also, I didn't get the money back. They payed back with kiwi credit. During this period, I constantly called and messaged the customer service, but they always gave me an automatic reply with no specific information. So I was going to take the legal action but due to the mandatory military duty I have to serve, I had to be at the long training course(i can not use any electronic device in this time), and during its time, they gave us options to either wait or get kiwi credit. So I was not able to reply and ya, they gave me credit. So disappointed with kiwi, and forcing me to use kiwi once again to spend my credit. For anyone who is booking in the future, do not use kiwi. If there is an issue, you will have a burden on you for years.

I booked a flight on July 24, 2023, September 9, 2023, but I applied for a refund on July 27, 2023 due to a date error. Although the refund was received with a considerable amount of time left until the departure date of the flight, Kiwi.com did not proceed with the refund process slowly, and eventually sent a reply that 10% of the payment made on September 18, 2023 could be refunded. I still can't get rid of my anger. Never book a ticket through Kiwi.com. It's the worst.

- File a complaint with your country’s department of transportation and with the Better Business Bureau

- Post negative reviews on every possible site you can think of: social media platforms, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, etc.

The worst travel company
I booked two tickets for the same flight from Kiwi and other site. As soon as I canceled the flight from other site, I got a refund about $75. But it has been much longer to get refund from Kiwi compared to other site, and the refund is about only $20. I can’t understand why the refund amount is so different even though I booked and canceled same flight. I can’t understand the refund process of Kiwi and this experience makes me not use Kiwi anymore. Never.

They didn't check me in online
They didn't check me in online, I had to check in at the counter and pay for it! It was outside of my spending plans, it was expensive and they didn't give me ANY support. I did not receive any email asking for document authentication as they claim. I WANT MY REFUND!

I bought flight ticket with them
I bought flight ticket with them, where I paid extra costs for potential changes to be included. I couldn't fly on original date and now wanted to change dates - they refuse to help at all, also don't want to accept my request for refund.
Ticket pirce > 1.000 EUR
I ended up losing more than $104.
In the end, I lost more than $30 because I couldn't get a refund of $30 for a wrong boarding pass, and I lost more than $100 in total by paying for another ticket.
And the international call fee was over $4 because I was talking to the Kiwi Dotcom customer center.It didn't work out in the end, but it only cost you money.
Kiwi Dotcom is a travel agency that should really, really disappear.
I'll see how happy I am with the money I earned from the misfortune of others.I sincerely hope that the Kiwi Dotcom CEO and his acquaintances will be unhappy.
