This company is probably (no, forget that, definitely…) the most useless, insidious, lying, underhanded, deceitful, incompetent, backstabbing bunch I have ever had the misfortune to use.
They design your kitchen, then send you the incorrect plan, again and again and again. I gave them 2 months’ notice, on September the 29th, that I wanted the kitchen delivered on December 8th, they said yes that’s fine, and took my money.
Come December the 8th, I have taken out the customers old kitchen, and waiting for the new one to be delivered, time was getting on, so I called them to ask where it was, where they gave me a load of cockamamie story about “problems in their warehouse”, what they meant was, they forgot it, and it took another 5 days to get it delivered. They blamed it on circumstances beyond their control, yet despite asking time after time after time what that was, they never produced an answer.
When it came, half if it was wrong, the units would not fit, and even starting was not possible as the corner unit and the tall unit where missing, it took another 6 days to get the correct items delivered, and I had to work all over Christmas to get the job done.
They are a travesty of a company, their customer service is second to everyone else, a totally useless mish mash of people who do not really have any idea of what they are doing, a shameful disgrace on the kitchen scene, save your money, don’t waste it on these charlatans, they are really not worth your time. Shocking and disgraceful, appalling and incompetent, rude and impolite, they hide behind jargon and hyperbole, they have no grace or honour, they are below contempt, lacking any self-esteem, and unworthy of your custom, AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

AVOID AVOID Why Toolstation use this company I have no idea. I ordered my kitchen units in plenty of time for install date. No updates on delays with an extremely impolite woman on the phone. So just cancelled order. They blamed it on a machine break down, but I doubt it.

I ordered several canopy units for our laboratory. Delivery was prompt, but the packaging was so poor that the units arrived damaged. The cabinets were also cheap DIY-style flat-pack units, nothing like the quality implied on the website, and certainly not described clearly.
I reported the issues immediately and sent clear photographs showing the damage and the inadequate packaging that caused it. I then heard nothing for four weeks. After chasing by phone, a member of staff assured me I would receive a response by Tuesday. A week passed with no reply. I called again and was told the only option was a refund. That was two weeks ago still no refund, still no communication.
Honestly, don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere to a company that actually values customers and delivers products fit for purpose.

Had no problems with KitchenKit and easily by far the best flat pack kitchen on the market in the UK. Would I order again? Yes 100%.
Delivery of flat packs arrived in 2 day on a pallet, no damage. White goods arrived in 3 days and worktops in 3 days. This gave me time to install wall units and base units before other stuff arrived. All items and ever "nut and bolt" was there. The click system to assemble cabinet was a doddle and I'd happily say the quickest assembly of any kitchen cabinet. In fact I was down to less that 5 minute per cabinet! Beat that....
If fitted 100s of kitchens, B and Q (parts missing), IKEA (no space for pipes), DIY Kitchens (cut corners on supply to keep price down) Howdens (Expenses, unless you barter them down, but still over priced), Magnet...Yep I've fitted them all.
Without a doubt KitchenKit is the way forward and my future choice.
I'm not paid or sponsored to write this review, just open and honest as an experience kitchen fitter.

The website allows you to state your earliest possible delivery date. Since this kitchen is going into a house that is currently empty I selected a Monday when I knew I would be there. When did they send it? They sent it the Friday before when no one was there.
Not much point in asking the customer what their earliest possible delivery date is if you send it earlier
The price is really good - couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else.
However my delivery was delayed hour by hour until late afternoon, my wife stayed home waiting for the order. at 6:05pm I missed a call from the courier. I called them back 6:07 and got told; I missed the delivery- Saying they attempted delivery- complete lie!
Then the rescheduled delivery was due to take place the following Monday, no news from the courier, no email, their phone did not ring. Got hold of KitchenKit, they confirmed the courier forgot to plan it in for delivery. 5days later after then initial delivery date- it arrived..
The product arrived pretty bashed on several corners - but when I saw the delivery van I'm not surprised! There were loads of workshops almost floating about.
Thank goodness the damaged edges we hidden in my case I accepted it.

We found this trade kitchen supplier to be excellent. We ordered a full kitchen for a refurb job and everything was supplied correctly and delivered on time. We had to make a few amendments and this was handled without any problem. Claire was extremely helpful and professional and we would definitely use them again in the future.
I ordered a Coffee machine from SP kitchen Kits London my credit card was debited on 20/12/2024 and I have not received confirmation of my order. I am in Australia so very disappointed.
There has been no communication at all.
Bought a kitchen cabinet through Trading Depot, they order through kitchen kit, only one box arrived and I’m been around the houses for two weeks without resolution, I’ve have to buy a new unit to finish them job. Now trying to get a refund. Up to 19 emails sent so far. Waste of time and money.

I've ordered twice from Kitchen Kit and both times there have been delivery issues.
First order was November 2023, delivery failed to show on scheduled dates, when order was eventually delivered it was missing many items, this cost me time and money with scheduled trades unable to complete planned installation of utility room.
We were convinced this was an isolated issue and told we would have no problem with the kitchen we planned to order.
In July 2024 we ordered our kitchen units with delivery scheduled for August 1st, called KK on the day and was assured our order was on route, however again no delivery on scheduled day with items missing from our order. Another day wasted and again trades stood down unable to complete planned install.
This company needs to vastly improve logistics and delivery, the current service is really bad. If you've got the patience go ahead as the product is fine.

I ordered the kitchen units for the utility room first, then the island units and now I need to order the rest of the kitchen I did it in small lots as I did not have the room to order all of it at once. Top specification, the units once assembled and glued are very strong and robust, no skimping on quality 18mm thick cabinets and door fronts. I chose the high gloss J pull handled units and the finish on the drawer/door fronts is simply stunning. I had a damaged drawer front fixing clip and missing hinge cover caps, I rang Kitchenkit direct and the phone was answered straight away and a very helpful lady called Claire sorted it out and I was sent the parts. I congratulate Kitchenkit for their excellent products and also to Claire in the office for her very pleasant, professional and helpful attitude over the phone so well done. Its refreshing especially nowadays to have such excellent customer service. Ps I will be ordering the rest of my kitchen in the coming week.

Great product and delivery was quick - just 4 working days.
The only downside is the delivery firm they use - DX.
The driver delivered a load of boxes on a pallet - not a problem. After reviewing all the boxes 5 weren’t for me and I was missing one of mine.
The team at Kitchen Kit have been helpful in resolving this but it’s frustrating that due to the delivery drivers error I haven’t been able to finish the job yet.

I ordered a panel through Toolstation. Service was great and when I rang them to discuss delivery I spoke to a Lady who was extremely helpful. No automated messages, no hanging on for hours, just someone available to actually help you straight away. Brilliant

Purchased 2 kitchen cupboards from the Toolstation Kitchen Kit range, opened up the boxes ready to assemble to find both side panels of 1 cupboard had corners broken, returned them to Toolstation to be told they cannot be returned in store, 1 week later we are still waiting some news on when the damaged cupboard will be collected and then replaced as we have had no contact with the Toolstation direct ship team, I can safely say that if anything that I purchase from Toolstation comes from a direct ship from supplier I will not be buying it.
I would avoid these at all costs now.
