Refund dispute after 6+ weeks, slow returns and unclear sizing
Order placed 23 Oct. The silicone felt ok, but the product page failed to account for diagonal measurements so the liner was oversized for my Philips air fryer.
I requested a return within the cooling-off window and then had to send multiple emails every few days before a label was issued. Weeks later I am still disputing the refund.
What should have been straightforward has turned into a month-and-a-half of delays, poor communication, and a lot of wasted time. Clearer sizing guidance and professional, timely refunds would make a big difference.
