I purchased a flight ticket
I purchased a flight ticket, it was much cheaper than other options for the same airline. They made me wait a bit for the final ticket confirmation but it was done. I am happy about it. The wait made me wonder if this was real or not, or if they were going to come back to me to say that the flight was no longer available and being last minute it would have meant for me to spend much more, but luckily all went smoothly.

Kiss&Fly is a complete scam disguised as a travel agency. They lure you in with low prices, then hit you with hidden fees, sudden cancellations, and refunds that never show up. Their customer service is either useless or just keeps passing you around with no solution.
Do not trust them – it’s better to pay a bit more and book directly with the airline than to fall into their traps.
Warning to other travelers: read the reviews before you book.

This booking company is 100% unreliable with a criminal attitude. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM! 100% SCAM!!! I bought a fairly cheap continental ticket, paid with cc- after 24hrs they call me up and offer a Flight the next morning, otherwise they‘d cxl the flight all together. They named THEIR cheap fare as the reason. I told the Eastern European woman that I‘d be flying in from Mexico and needed the connecting flight to reach home- they do not care about customers nor the usual transaction rules.
This company is nothing Else Than fraud!!!!

This company is using different names/ Beware of scamms
This company is using different names and using price comparation in momondo or skyscanner is misleading customers by putting lower price for particular schedule and later offering another much cheaper schedule. THIS IS AGAINST EU LAW. MISLEADING OF CUSTOMER WITH PRICE IS NOT LEGAL. ITS SIMPLE OFFENCE AND SUCH ACTIVITIES MUST BE REPORTED. COMPANY HAS TO ISSUE ORIGINALLY BOOKED FLIGHT AND COVER PRICE DIFFERENT IF ANY. THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AGAINST LAW. They have one office in Tallinn, Estonia which is used as coworking space by company Magnat coworking at 3 Joe street Tallinn, OFFICE 302.
Scam is as follow. Company is using pages like momondo or skyscanner and offering much cheaper prices.
Later they cancel booking or offering different schedule which is of course cheaper for them.
It happen to me twice during same day. Once through kissandfly.it and another through tickets.ee. One was Air Tanzania and another Aerolineas Argentinas. Both paid. First one got cancelled and yes they refunded money but this is still illegal they cannot just cancel without your consent.
Second offered another schedule.
Knowing my rights I know they have to offer me tickets as schedule and price I paid and whatever their T&C says about its against EU and Estonian law.
You can find all about company and other companies belong to same person using estonian teatmik. write in google teatmik estonia and later just enter registration number 12883174
I would put link but its against trustpilot rules.

There are also cases in court and cases involving Consumer protection.
According EU law everyone have right to get what has been paid for. In case they cancel providing some unreasonable explanations thats a nonsense and they have to cover your cost of new ticket in case they deny to issue what has been paid for. They use Amadeus or Sabre booking system. So once you pay they have to immediately issue ticket based on what have been booked. In contrary its also against IATA rules.
I will report them myself , as I live in Estonia and can do it online.
In case you live in another EU countries you can contact EU consumer center and they will do things in your behalf. Company info is link I attached.
All positive opinions here are made by them through different accounts. Such is shame that trustpilot is not checking it.

However, we would like to inform you that the bank statement provided does not confirm the payment for a new ticket. Without confirmation showing that this is for a different ticket (such as the booking reference number or ticket number), we will not be able to proceed with the reimbursement.
As confirmed by the airline, you have used the tickets that we originally issued and have not purchased any new tickets in the UI system. Additionally, when checking the booking on the Auric Air website, it is visible that everything is in order, and the flight details match the ones shown on your boarding pass.
Therefore, we kindly request that you send us confirmation of the new ticket purchase, along with the ticket itself, so we can process your claim accordingly.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.
UPD: You can contact the airline and clarify this information, since it was the airline that provided us with information that you used this ticket.
The worst company I have ever come…
The worst company I have ever come across. I was redirected to them by Skyscanner to book some plane tickets, which I promptly paid for. I then received flight information from the airline, but the next day my money was refunded, and the company told me that the booking had not been paid for in time.
There’s no point in even talking about the financial damage caused by such incompetence from KissandFly, as the tickets are now at a completely different price. But to make matters worse, their customer service is disgraceful. I found myself talking to someone who kept passing the blame onto the airline, and after confirming that the airline had nothing to do with it, I ended up on a phone call with myself—because the operator neither listened nor responded to my questions.
I’ll end with a warning to the few unfortunate ones who will read this review: stay away from these incompetent thieves!
