Have to be honest here - reviews online were very very shady and confirmed tickets took a couple hours to arrive which made the process very stressful initially, but once tickets arrived, it was fine. I checked-in on the airline website directly using the code on the ticket and then called the airline and they confirmed my ticket and seat. I eventually took the flight too, so overall, it worked out just fine. I will say though, the airline itself said that it’s better to book through them directly.

At the same time, we would like to emphasize that this service is not mandatory. When booking, passengers can always choose to complete the check-in themselves directly on the airline’s website free of charge. The option to purchase our service is shown on the additional services page, but it is entirely up to the customer whether or not to add it.
