Kinly telephoned me saying that I might be entitled to assistance allowance and asked if I would like to try and claim. I accepted and Kinly help me with the form from start to finish, in fact when they sent me the form all I had to do was sign it in two places and fill in my bank details. Everyone I dealt with at Kinly, referring to my claim was very nice, polite, helpful,and very professional in their job. I would definitely recommend Kinly to my family and friends and anybody else that I think would be as satisfied and grateful with the outcome that Kinly made possible for me. It was only just exactly 6 weeks after I posted my claim form that I was informed by the DWP, Department of work and Pension that my claim has been successful and the first payment has gone into my bank account and I have been awarded the highest award possible for attendance allowance. I have never heard of attendance allowance and I cannot thank Kinly enough.

Apart from some needed changes to my application form at the start, this experence has been nothing but a positive and straite forward experience. The extra benefit I am now getting is going to make a big in difference my life.
Helpful ,stress free and informative
I approached Kinly to find out if I was eligible for attendance allowance and after speaking to one of their representatives who arranged a follow up phone call with a very pleasant young man who talked me through the required paperwork and then he successfully applied on my behalf.
It was not stressful in the least and I was put at ease not rushed at all please use them if you need assistance as I greatly appreciated the assistance given.

Professional, caring, human staff members!
The prompt service and the caring way everything has been carried out is second to none. Each of the people I've spoken to at Kinly has been professionally friendly, reassuring, and made me feel at ease with the process. My first call was on a Tuesday, I was called back, for the questionnaire on the Wednesday. My claim date was confirmed by DWP 3 days later and my 1st payment into the bank was a total of 28 days after 1st contact. Superb service. Well done!
