Kingsdene Property, formerly known as JLL, has been my letting & managing agent for a unit in Media City since 2011, over 12 years, as I was residing outside Manchester. During their appointment, I found their service were excellent and to my satisfaction. I decided to sell the property a couple of months ago and they can find a buyer within one week's time. Their follow-ups were professionally handled. I have no hesitation in recommending Kingsdene to any friend or prospective user.

Kingsdene staffs are responsive and professional. The whole letting process was smooth. Quick to find suitable tenant. But would appreciate if they can advise the landlord beforehand to prepare all supporting documents to facilitate the background check. In short, happy with the service.

Myself and my partner moved to Leeds in 2021, we were assisted in finding a place to live by JLL (which then became Kingsdene). The process was easy, smooth and clear throughout.

Our agent (Sam) was fantastic and supportive throughout our stay. They were very attentive and considerate to both myself and my partner. I cannot express how much they looked after us - top tier.

We had a (kind of) emergency when our water tank malfunctioned and our flat flooded, at the time I was completing my Masters thesis and my partner was in the final months of their teacher training - it could have been extremely stressful but, Kingsdene were on the ball. By the end of the day, we had the help and support we needed and within a week or so, the issue was resolved. Again, I cannot understate how badly this could have gone and how quickly it was resolved by the team.

Kingsdene truly stood out from other letting agents we have been through. In terms of clarity, ease of communication and help when we needed it.

We have now moved out and again, this was a clear, easy and smooth process. No delay or complications in the return of the deposit, no issues in timings and a clear layout of the process of moving.

Right from outset I was struck by the integrity, sincerity and genuineness of the agent who arranged apartment viewing. There was no sales "hyperbole". Kingsdene have cornered the market in having pretty much all the top quality apartments and premises in Leeds too, so have a really good selection. Then throughout tenancy they have been fast to respond to queries, acted as a very effective intermediary in communications with landlord in relation to issues (such as maintenance costs) in apartment. They have an experienced, helpful on-call repairs team. Finally, the move-out was handled professionally, courteously and efficiently. All in all a hassle-free and extremely smooth experience - essential so as a tenant you can focus on all the other things in life, such as family, career, job, studies etc etc.

Kingsdene (Manchester) helped me with the sale of my apartment and were fantastic. I mainly dealt with Chris, who is brilliant, and the whole team is great. They were all very professional, made sure everyone was fully aware with what was going on at all times, and offered an overall excellent service. Sam, Laura and Team have been managing my property in Leeds for many years under the banner of JLL.
Recently I had a change of tenant where there were some issues to be resolved in relation to the tenancy that ended. Sam co-ordinated all the works required and handling of the deposit with diplomacy and achieved a very fair outcome for all parties, and Laura tailored the new tenancy agreement to cover the incoming tenant's specific circumstances. I feel the quality of a management company always shows when there are issues to sort rather than when it is plain sailing.
