Frauds liers not real casino i withdrew on 10th feb they said it cd take 7-21 business days i contacted every day and read reviews on here saying they waited 30 days and still never got paid out so after 50 days or 37 buisness days ie not sat or sundays i get the same generic response we have a backlog and i will escalate with finance . Very worried they have my id aswell that i used to verify account . Hands down worst casino on the planet

This site is a scam I’ve been waiting for weeks for my winnings and same old crap every time doing checks you will not get your winnings so don’t waste your time

I requested a withdrawal of £800since 5th of February and still awaiting. I have been contacting the 24/7 support and what I get is the same answers for last 4 weeks, they doing extra checks , the Financial department is busy etc. Do not waste ur money on this site , on website they saying fast withdrawal, 1 to 2 days isn't true, like I said still awaiting for the withdrawal but nothing

Definitely good games , good customer service but if you win a good amount forget to get you money in at least 7 working days as they announced
The same the status will be in processing

Should be NO STARS. Do not use. Scam site that doesn’t let you withdraw and is just full of lies about withdrawal speeds. Still waiting after 3 weeks for winnings to be ‘processed’ no answer from customer service and generic email response with no answers either.
Find another site!!

Requested withdrawal 22nd december, 38 days later still pending! Message customer support to be giving same generic reply that a huge demand of requests and will process as soon as possible. No emails to apologise for delay or anything, kind of resigned to the fact that never going to see winnings. Do not waste your money depositing on this site

Dreadful. No customer service. Emails to so called support not answered. Plenty of glitzy promotional material but no substance behind it. This bunch still has my personal data and are still using it.

This casino is a scam website. Initially I had no issues with making small withdrawals and they were processed 24-48hrs like their own terms
And conditions say.
But with bigger ones (anything other £1,000)
They say they need to do “checks” which can take up to 21 days. I waited 28 days and still didn’t get my winnings.
They try to hold on to your money in the hope that you’ll cancel the withdrawal and gamble it again and lose it.
Avoid this site like the plague! Thieves and scammers

Have been requesting an account closure since august. I have sent over 20 emails, contacted their live chat bot over 50 times. My account is STILL active.

Absolute fraud scam of a website and will be contacting every operator they work with to make them aware of their practices, which goes against their own responsible gambling policy.
