Absolute joke of a scam casino

Took over a week to verify documents despite chasing twice a day never hear back from support or the kyc department.

Once verified told my £100 winnings could not be withdrawn as I played a game where the bonus (which I made the wagering requirements on) was not valid and confiscated the money.

When asked who they are regulated by, met with silence and although based in Anjouan, there is nothing regarding their domain on the Anjouan Gaming Licensing site which makes them even more dodgy.

Also, if they don't get you with any other reason, their terms and conditions state:-

3.1.2. Users from certain jurisdictions (including the USA, UK, France, and FATF blacklisted nations) are not permitted to register or use the Website. We reserve the right to deny access to other regions at our discretion

So they will probably get you with that

I have just checked their terms and conditions and they have added a number of new games that aren't valid to use bonuses on but apparently they were last updated 12th November 2024

I hope people find this helpful and please steer clear

Was awarded a 5.00 bonus so checked their T' & C's and Piggy Riches Megaways was nowhere to be seen - played the bonus on the game and now - its on the list....

Still last updated in 2024 though....

Like the genuine reviews if you want a withdrawal don’t bother with this casino. Withdrew 257 support said 36 hrs To verify account after sending documents then a further 48 hrs then it was a busy workload etc withdrawal declined then all of a sudden my account verified they happy to take your deposits but will NEVER pay out

Withdrawal made 5th January, it’s still sitting there 22nd January. Verified my documents. I’ve messaged many times get the same reply. There’s a back log . I think it’s a load of rubbish really and it’s not going to pay out

The website layout takes some getting used to and finding specific games is not always intuitive. That said the actual gaming experience is smooth once you know where everything is. Got good support from them helping me navigate the promotions page. Withdrawal went through without problems after I completed verification.

User interface is clean and user-friendly. No trouble at all in playing my favorite games!

There is little to no chance of winning on this site. Over 400 spins on o e game and no bonus. This is a terrible percentage. Half the games reboot whilst playing. Don't waste your money here there are much better sites available.
