My engineer, Reece, contacted me to let me know his arrival time and was prompt, In spite of working in direct sunshine, on the hottest day of the year, he was happy, polite, helpful and communicative throughout the service. He explained the issue, changed a faulty party and adjusted the calibration of salt usage.

The engineer arrived on time for the service. He was very passionate and took the time to answer all my questions, providing all the necessary details. He left the place nice and clean. Excellent service!

Excellent service provided by Charlie when he came to install a new Kinetico premier compact water softener. He answered all my questions and helped me register and setup the warranty.

Reece came to check out an issue with our softener yesterday. Very happy with the service provided. He sent a text message earlier that day with a 2 hour time window and arrived bang in the middle. The problem was found, explained fully and fixed (fingers crossed). Very happy. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact Kinetico in future. Great job. I also appreciated the use of shoe covers!

Efficient service and offer to adjust placement to maximise space

Charlie called me this morning and gave me an ATA for his arrival and arrived exactly in time. Charlie has been a few times and made me feel at ease, he is a hard a worker and dedicated to his work. Charlie has always done a good job and answered all my questions with great detail and he has very good knowledge.
