Had an issue regarding gingerbread men on the server and customer service agent Thomas helped me get the server back and running fast. Kinetic Hosting has fast and reliable services, and I recommend it for anyone that would like to have a good Minecraft server to spend with friends.

Kinetic is too expensive! I have switched over to Central Hosting as it is not only cheaper, has better support, better specs and a better connection with their customers. Here support feels forced yet at Central I feel like I'm talking to friends as they are so friendly. Kinetic is way too overpriced comparing to other providers. Yes it is cheaper than Bisect or Shockbyte but 17 pound for a 8gb server? For that price I can get three 8GB servers and a 2gb Server from Central. Way better value for a server network. Central Hosting also provides better specs than some locations for example a Xeon E 2288G (Kinetic) VS a i9-9900k (Central). I have been a customer at kinetic and central for a while and this isn't really for me

Yall I just want you to know my friends and I have spent probably close to $150 in servers trying to find one that would not lag or kick one of us out, then we found Kinetic Hosting. We have been playing on this server for 2 weeks now and no problems for any of us, I ended up having a issue with connecting to the server because I updated my curse forge and did know how to update the server on the website and got in touch with the staff and within 10 mins they help me fix my issue. so highly recommend KINETIC HOSTING!!!!

The support is amazing, so patient and so nice towards me (whom asked for a lot of support due to unstable mods) I’m truly grateful for them being patient and so quick to find solutions

I've been a fan of Kinetic for about 5 years now at least, and whenever I've had an issue the team has always solved it promptly and with kindness. They have repeatedly shown that they treat their customers as people not as a number. It's always stood out to me. Thank you guys at Kinetic for always being so supportive. :)

KH FRESHEYS help me out with a corrupted player file and i was amazed at not only the speed of the response to my ticket but the professionalism and speed the problem was dealt with was exemplary. So glad i change server supplier now. Hope we dont beed your help again but wont be too worried if i do. Massive yhanks again to Fresheys

Kinetic has some really good customer support.

I originally used Apex Hosting and I was not impressed at all with how I was treated by their support staff; I had a big problem with my server and I needed help from them but they practically refused to help me and I had to solve the problem on my own.

After that I switched to Kinetic Hosting and I've had great customer support from them. They have always been helpful and they respond almost as fast as Apex Hosting at times.

10/10 would suggest them if you want a decent priced and stable server.

kinetic hosting are on the ball with the server quick support never had a issue with the staff server are qucik and dont have many issue normaly 9/10 its my dumb fualt

Literally incredible customer service, the guys respond right away and do everything almost instantly, the servers are stable, I'm from Brazil and the server in Florida is very good, the only thing is the issue of searching for plugins which is best done manually that by the host itself, which is not necessarily a problem, since this way I can search for plugins on their own websites
