Got to the point very very fast, super helpful and nice.

I've only left trustpilot reviews if something is bad, but Kinetic is truly better than other hosts in Every. Single. Way. The biggest point to Kinetic, other than the servers working flawlessly and that they have one of the best, least buggy panels, is the value. Like, other hosts, I was like "might as well buy my own server" but Kinetics prices are really reasonable.

I’ve been a customer of Kinetic Hosting since 2022, and in that time, I’ve consistently been impressed by the quality of their service. Before receiving my free lifetime server, I purchased multiple servers from them and never once ran into a serious problem. Any small issue I did encounter whether it was payment related or technical was always resolved quickly, efficiently, and to my complete satisfaction.

The support team truly sets Kinetic Hosting apart. No matter the size of the problem, I’ve always received almost instant responses, and the staff go above and beyond by directly assisting with issues on my servers when needed. That kind of hands on, reliable support is rare, and it’s something I value highly.

One of the highlights of my time with Kinetic Hosting has been the opportunity to give back by translating their knowledge database into my language. Not only was it rewarding to contribute, but it also earned me a free lifetime server that I can use whenever I like. On top of that, I greatly appreciate their generosity towards the community, with occasional lifetime server giveaways that truly have no hidden strings attached.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. The combination of reliable hosting, a responsive and friendly support team, and a community focused approach makes Kinetic Hosting stand out in this industry. I look forward to seeing them continue to grow and hopefully expand to support every game imaginable in the future.

They have amazing Support! they are so helpful! and they easily breakdown complicated concepts, provide recommendations, ideas, and so much more based on what you have now, and what you will need later! the only thing I would improve with server management is easier schedules, maybe an AI for things that AI can help do, and remove the gosh darn "it looks like you have a modpack installed, we will automatically install the correct version for you" popup when I have uninstalled it!

Support was great the first time I used it the support was unhelpful and a bit rude. My server crashed often and support wouldn’t help. This is not a problem everyone is having with this version of the mod. I’ve seen one other person with this issue. I understand it is a beta version of a mod, but the lack of any help other than telling me that shows so very little care every ticket I’ve made I’ve been told the same thing. It’s a little ridiculous that they cannot take the time to look it to it or even suggest a solution.
Edit: As it turns out it was not an issue with the mod or I guess not directly attached to the mod one of the players data had currupted leading to when they were online the server crashing often. After moving to a different hosting service, they actually figured this out and were able to help rather than using a lame excuse and refusing to help. Maybe actually look into issues rather than excusing them before denying any help.

This was my first time server hosting and I really didn't know how to fix the issues I was having. The support staff was super clear with instructions while also being patient and kind throughout the process. They helped me pinpoint in my logs where the issue was and I was able to fix it! Thank you guys!

i have never found something to easy to use without needing to make multiple tickets and the staff are amazing and was able to give me the info i needed and it was affordable which i needed for my games

Every time I reach out with a question (even the silly ones 😅), their support team replies with patience, clarity, and a real human touch(I've reached out multiple times with silly questions). from someone who's never really owned a minecraft server, thank you. they helped me so much even though it was my own dumb editing what got my server to crash 10/10

So far i have had a really hard time figuring out what to do and make it load right the staff was fast to help and when i still couldnt find out they simply fixed it for me ! i 100% recoment this hosting web and they wont see me leave bc of bad hosting or staff! excelent !

One of the best server experiences I've had. When I first got the server, I decided to stress test it by installing a modpack and playing with a bunch of friends (3–4 people). I was surprised to see that the server was able to hold up. On top of that, all of us experienced zero lag. The server's performance is insane for its relatively cheap price. Thus, it is for these reason that I've decided to give this server hosting service a 5 star.

- Very cheap and reasonable price
- The Performance is amazing for it's price
- Intuitive UI
- Modpack being very easy to install

Nathan was a great help, I am not server savy but he went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure we had a proper working server. Support is fast 1-3 min wait time if any, super responsive, patient, and communicates well with good step by step instructions. Thank you nathan!

DISCLAIMER: LONG REVIEW

I’m gonna be completely honest, I was not planning to spend any money on any Minecraft hosting. I was using free services like Aternos and Falixnodes.
Aternos was very bad and which is to be expected and I don’t blame them,
Falixnodes was better but not by a long margin. I was happy with it (Falix) for about 3 months before something very bad happened.

My friend and I play on a server which we want to keep permanently. Both High schoolers so we don’t have much money. We always play on Saturday nights. But this weekend the Falix server refused to start because of a Queue and it made me wait 25mins which is a long time and not to mention, we only play once a week together.
I was on the hunt for very cheap Minecraft hosts or better free one’s and people recommended me Godlike hosting (prices are high), Apex (prices are high), Shockbyte (low prices but expensive for me) and pebblehost (low prices but they want the money in USD and idk the conversion rate of CAD).

Finally I found kinetic hosting, it was only 5.54$ (CAD) which I could afford and I though the price would bump up with the tax but later found out that that price was with inclusion of tax! Now that I think about it I could even afford a 4gb budget server!
Maybe I’ll upgrade after a while but for now even the 3gb budget server is really good and I am having a great experience.
We have massive redstone farms and automatic farms and fly with elytra a lot.
Free servers couldn’t keep up with the elytra speed.

So in conclusion:
-VERY CHEAP (DIRT CHEAP, WHICH IS GOOD!)
-EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE (FOR THE PRICE THIS IS ALL I COULD ASK FOR)
-24/7 UPTIME (THIS IS A NO BRAINER BUT COMING FROM FREE HOSTING THIS IS GAME CHANGING FOR 5 BUCKS!)
-EXCELLENT SUPPORT (I GOT ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS WITHIN 6MINUTES ON THE DISCORD)
-EXCELLENT MOD SUPPORT
-THEY INCLUDED TAX IN THEIR PRICES!!! (YOU’D BE SURPRISED BY THE AMOUNT OF COMPANIES WHO HAND OUT HIDDEN PRICES AFTER PAYMENT)
