It was great experience with shopping at Kinderprams. They kindly accepted my request to expedite the shipping of a car seat I ordered and acted upon immediately. Highly recommended.

Good Customer Service Experience
I was hesitant to order from Kinderprams after reading all the negative reviews but in the end decided to place an order because they were the only website that had the brand I wanted at a reasonable price. The initial delivery was missing the Maxi Cosi adaptors and the customer service were helpful and sent one immediately. Really appreciate the quick turnaround.

Awful customer service - avoid at all costs
We ordered an advertised set of a bassinet and car seat with adapters alongside our pram through kinderprams. We are ~6 weeks into a continued unresolved issue and cannot yet use our pram as intended for our newborn.
First they sent us two left adapters for the bassinet and 0 adapters for the maxi cozi. Then they insisted on using a courier to pick up and return the incorrect pieces vs just sending the correct items to us with a return label. Then once we sent back the bassinet adapters, they sent us car seat adapters for a car seat we didn’t have. They have been completely unresponsive. They only contact us when we mail them 2-3 times. Our issue is still not resolved. None of their phone numbers on their website actually work to contact them. It feels like this is a company with one overwhelmed guy in a warehouse office with a flashy website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Single worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Not something you want considering the nature of the product if for babies!
The only way to get a response from their customer service is relentlessly bombard their inbox.
All I need is a replacement clip but it’s greeted with the wrong one being sent then being ignored then being told 14 day response time but not receiving anything for over 3 weeks.
Absolutely delighted
I was really afraid of my order after reading all the reviews but I must say I got my delivery today as planned and I’m absolutely delighted with the stroller. Brilliant value.

Terrible terrible company. Have them the benefit of the doubt the first time I used them. I ordered a specific colour of seat and after 3 weeks offered a different colour which I accepted.

I placed an order for a pushchair and when I placed the order, I was given a delivery date for the following week. I live in Ireland so I thought one week was ok as they ship from Poland. They took my money and that was the last I heard from them. Weeks and weeks went by. I contacted them via email, Facebook, their online form, everything way that was available. And I didn't get a single response. Thankfully I had used PayPal to pay for the pushchair so I set up a dispute with PayPal. Kinderprams wouldn't even respond to me through PayPal and didn't respond to PayPal either. So after a week PayPal gave me my money back.
It was extremely stressful as the reason I was buying a pushchair was mine had broken and I was carrying my baby on the school runs for what turned out to be weeks and until I got the refund from PayPal, I didn't have extra funds to buy one somewhere else.

My order is already 10days late ( I was supposed to get my shipment within 14 days) and there is no contact with the shop. No e mail answered, telephone is off. It gives impression that this company is a fraud.

Do not buy from this company! They provided me a faulty stroller, refused to cover the cost of return (despite stating otherwise on their website), and I am still waiting for a refund after one month of them receiving the item back. Beware!

I wanted to give this company a good review because it's deserved! Full transparency I ordered the venicci tinum upline end of Jan. I was expecting it February but due to a delay on suppliers end it was pushed back to early March. The customer service were so so helpful to me as I was worried as baby due very soon. They offered refund, updated me along the way. I was happy to stick with them and wait as their communication was so good via email. Received product today from. DPD after it was dispatched from the warehouse only 3 days ago in Poland. Fantastic product, customer service and incredible savings to be had. Would definitely purchase again.

1 start is too much for this company. Ordered pram. Paid through PayPal. Money were gone from my account. Got an email from Kinderpram saying I get my pram on the 10th of January. Then got another email on the 1st of January saying I have to pay again as they didn't receive the money. Contacted PayPal. PayPal said they do have my money and it is 100% and also PayPal offered me to open the case against them. Oh, also before PayPal was involved I sended good few emails to them... no reply... only when PayPal got involved they asked me to stop the dispute on PayPal. Nothing about my pram. PayPal said we can cancel this case if seller provedes with tracking number... guess what... the seller said they can't provide tracking number as they don't even have my pram in warehouse. I am still on the middle of process to get my money back. Stay away from this company. Scammers.
Great deal and hassle free
Ordered a Maxi Cosi stroller from Ireland on a Thursday, arrived 2 days earlier than expected on the following Tuesday. Got a great deal. Great service.
