I purchased this pushchair on April and used it only twice. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the design. It doesn’t provide proper back support for my 1 year old child, who keeps sliding down and can’t sit upright comfortably. I constantly have to adjust her position, and she ends up holding the front bar just to stay steady. Her legs are often up in the air, and the seat fabric is wrinkled and uneven, which adds to the poor overall quality. Not what I expected for the price.

Perfect quality for an acceptable price! Definitely worth buying, very comfortable seats and high-quality materials used for the parts + useful accessories

Terrible service – no response to emails. We’ve been waiting for the bike for 6 days already. I do not recommend.

Never received my item. Don't reply to emails.
Fraud company... basically taken £40 from my account.

Beware Before Buying Kinderkraft Pram!

I had a terrible experience with Kinderkraft pram. The wheels ripped open, and not just one, but two wheels had issue! This clearly shows poor quality, yet the company refused to acknowledge my complaint. Even though I’m still eligible for warranty, they ignored my rights and told me to pay for new wheels myself!

Their warranty is a scam! A pram that’s used occasionally and barely a year old should not have its wheels falling apart. This pram is unsafe for your child! I regret buying it, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Don’t waste your money on a product that won’t last!

Don't listen to the 1 star reviews this pushchair is fantastic, so sturdy, amazing build quality you could push it around with your little finger it's that smooth, it folds up so tiny best on the market!!

Terrible product, terrible customer service!
We did not even bother unpacking, one look at the wheels was enough! Cheap hard plastic, like a toy.
Returned straight way but despite emailing and telephoning several times and providing tracking info, proof of postage and proof of delivery I still have not received my refund. It has now been over a month and the only response I get is that their logistics team are looking into it. DO NOT BUY FROM KINDERKRAFT, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I ordered the kinderkraft trigg 3 stroller and it’s a Horrible stroller lovely to look at but so poorly designed I willl start off by saying the front wheels will just randomly lock and becomes impossible to push and very dangerous, the bar across the back of the buggy where the break is by the wheel there is parts that are bending making the back wheels look bowed and my son isn’t heavy he is 11lbs, the hood comes out of the hocks randomly and all the time, I am constantly having to screw all the screws on the stroller as they come loose every day I have to screw the latch that keeps the buggy folded as that is constantly coming loose and I don’t fold the buggy every day, the fold is so big and it is so heavy my child is 11lbs and him sitting it it the buggy is so heavy and you can not push it with one hand I have only had this stroller for less than 5 months and I hate it, I don’t know if I have just a fault one but going by a lot of reviews over the internet I am not the only one, I have tried to give the buggy the benefit of the doubt and try and like and enjoy the buggy but the more I try to like it the more I hate it I honestly wish I could send it back in exchange for the nubi

Absolutely do not recommend this company. I have never had such a saga after receiving a faulty item. I ordered a bike for my sons birthday and when we went to put it together the parts were faulty. 3 weeks later this isn’t resolved, the “customer service” is just automated replies which don’t address issues or show any compassion. I just get passed from one form to another form without actually resolving the issue!

My son still doesn’t have a birthday present over 3 weeks later… I am beyond frustrated and really disappointed. I wish I had just ordered one off Amazon as a least if there was a issue they would have resolved it…

They do not ship within the time frame they advertise. They do not respond to customer emails. Avoid.

It is a good value for money. Once your kid will reach the maximum weight limit, you can give it away to charity.

Excellent Customer service, we had a problem with a push chair that was resolved to our complete satisfaction with no unnecessary hassle. Thank you.

Fast delivery, good quality product

Brought a travel cot for newborn grandchild , it has a higher position for him then drops down . The simplest travelcot to put up and down , as a childminder of 35 years experience of travel cots

I bought it for my little one that is 5 month now so it lasted 5 month as its broken now the part that you put the baby car seat.. poor quality..:

What a piece of junk. I bought a Neste grow crib for the cosleeping function. The springs on the feet of the crib will not stay in place, making it impossible to safely put it against my bed. I have a crib without the cosleeping function.
It was also a nightmare to assemble, unclear instructions and the video did not help at all. Just do yourself a favor and buy a proper crib, or look into alternative solutions for cosleeping with your baby.

Edit: the crib is placed against my bed and is attached. The fact that if the crib just moves 1cm because of x, y or z reason (bumping into it slightly for example), the springs go back to their original size, thus creating a gap between the crib and the bed is NOT safe. Why not have a safety lock into place on the feet?
