Absolutely terrible! I returned a baby high chair and received an email confirmation that everything was fine and that I would receive a refund. However, I only received a small portion of the money back.
No one has responded to my emails to customer support for over a month (I send already 3 emails), and it is impossible to reach anyone by phone.
I will never buy anything from Kinderkraft again.
Safety&quality product exactly what I expected from your e-shop. The price was also more than good and I will definitely come back to buy if I need something in the future. Fast delivery and also easy guidance to set it up and fit on bike. I must only recommend it. Well done guys… good job👍
Kinderkraft canceled my order after its confirmation. When I tried to find out what was the problem, before placing a new order, the AI could not answer me (it provided only general answers) and the ticket still waits for human response. When I tried to call the shop, all CZ speaking assistants were busy and ENG speaking assistants as well. I tried 3 days in a row to call the shop. I still wait for money return (Kinderkraft is still in time to process it, so hopefully I get my money back). I don't want to place a new order when there is no response from the shop and I don't have my money back yet. I don't trust the shop and I don't know if it isn't scam.
