I paid for the “delux” edition with “sterling silver” jewelry, only for it to come with broken merchandise - including a piece of jewelry! My figurines came in pieces and my howl ring came gemless. When i reached out to the company, they said they would refund me $16.75.

Don’t buy from this company. Save your money. They do not know the meaning of “Lux”. And wont even make right a serious issue. Such a disappointment.

Pre ordered a Studio Ghibli Calendar May 2025, for November 2025 delivery paid £125 upfront. Sent multiple messages from October 2025, on its whereabouts. Was assured many times they were just waiting for it to clear US customs and they would keep me updated. Last week of November chased again to be told it was now out of stock. Asked why I was not a priority order having ordered it in May but no reply was forthcoming. Arranged a refund and have 1 very disappointed daughter. Making supporting a small business difficult.

Pre-order on September for Advent Calendar.
Nov. 26th after reaching them, they are out of stock until Dec. 10th.

It was the same issu a year ago ...

Almost look like a money laundry business, they take your money and make you wait without saying anything.

Ordered 2x 3 month subscriptions of kawaii boxes as gifts late November. It is now March 5 and have on received one month of boxes. Contacted for support/ refund as this is absurd, and customer service panic generated a shipping label (easy to see based on the date and time stamp after my email and right before their reply) and claimed there was a box shipped so they could no longer refund. Extremely chaotic and disingenuous company. The issues they had with their advent calendar were not isolated, it is evidence of how the business runs as a whole. Avoid at all costs.

Though there have been some shippment issues, i am absolutely happy about my purchase. The calendar is of high quality and the items are thoughtfull chosen. Though there were issues with the shipping, there was always communication and regular updates about what was going on. I can recommend a purchase from this shop.

We ordered the advent calendar for this year, 2024. It was late, like really late, halfway through December, but honestly it was the coolest advent calendar that any of us got this year. The owner was very communicative about the shipments and didn’t seem to have a lot of control about them being late. I understand that happens. I really wish it arrived sooner, but we are all jealous of how rad this calendar is. Super high quality and very cool. Would definitely recommend, just be prepared that it might be late.
