Very good from beginning to end

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The handover was really helpful as they went through the whole caravan with you to show how everything works. I would really recommend anyone to check these out.

We purchased our caravan from Nik Coleman (Salesman). The whole experience was very low pressure and we were given plenty time alone to decide as to what we wanted to do. Nik was very helpful and informative during the whole process. All in all it was a great experience purchasing our caravan from Kimberley Caravans.

We needed a small repair to our motorhome. It was resolved in less than an hour .Everyone was so helpful and friendly and highly recommend 👌

Could not fault Kimberley Caravans at all. They have a range of caravans to suit different budgets. All caravans for sale are open so you can look round at your leisure. Darrell gave us lots of information which helped us to choose the perfect caravan for us. On the day we collected our caravan, Richard went through everything with us to ensure we were happy and confident in using all the appliances on the caravan. The service we received from Kimberley Caravans was second to none. Both Darrell and Richard were extremely helpful and I would 100% recommend Kimberley Caravans to anyone.

I have never experienced such terrible treatment at the hands of so called sales manager and a salesman than I did at Kimberley Motorhome in Darlington.

The way they worked together to try keep my deposit once I had cancelled the order, is beyond disgusting and devious. I received an email stating that they didn’t think that they could give me my £1000 deposit for a false condition they tried to claim.

I experienced such a stressful time waiting and phoning continuously to demand my deposit. I have been paid my deposit back.

I will never venture into Kimberley Motorhome and Caravan in Darlington again.

So after another month of when Kimberley Motorhome in Darlington promised someone would contact me, I still have not heard from them. Really poor customer service and they tend to ignore any complaints about their shocking behaviour.

Excellent helpful staff but issues with the handover with couple of things not working in the caravan but were put right before delivery, also ordered a size 16 awning and got a 17 which was far too big so the issue of taking back to Kimberley when the correct one arrived, on whole nice people and nice little site

Beware..We thought we had found our ideal caravan at Kimberly Darlington. Agreed a price for our trade in and paid a £1000.00 deposit on the Sunday, transfering the remaining balance on the Monday morning.
We were given a handover date for some 3 weeks later.
Come the handover day, we eere kept waiting for over 2 hours whilst they " ran their checks" on our trade in' we were kept a further half an hour while they made up their minds who was going to demonstrate our new caravan. Finally got to sit down to sign the forms when the landed their bombshell telling us our trade in had severe damp in the front which was rotten. They then produced a quote for £2000.00 to rectify this before they could sell on expecting me to accept a lower price for my trade in.
They seemed a little shocked when I refused to pay any more than the agreed price. There was no negotiation, no movement at all so I terminated the sale immediately and took my old caravan back.
I consequently had two independent damp checks carried out and no damp or rot was found by either tradesmen.
I have since sold the caravan privately and received £1000.00 more than they offered me in the first instance.
This is a tactic I have heard being used by lesser traders and expected more from Kimberly.
They lost out on a £21000.00 sale.

I liked the sales I would give them 5 stars. Very helpful, polite and engaging. They also worked as a team.
The service people who prepared the caravan were not very good. Jobs not picked up and work not finished or perhaps checked. The caravan rubber feet fell off on the motorway and the Alko hitch popped up. Water tank had not been cleaned ( sales sorted it out )

Came up to Darlington site on a Tuesday for warranty inspection expected to take few hours, 2 hour drive each way.
Time line O.K only to find cafe no longer exists. Pub next door closed on Tuesdays & waiting area mainly useless, 4 seats.
Site is very remote so just had to hang around best could.

We have to say brilliant buying our new caravan was a breeze Tom the sales man was very knowledgeable about the questions we asked and nothing was any trouble brilliant then the staff in the shop brilliant then today with Paul on hand over day again nothing was any trouble many thanks Ian

I bought a beautiful caravan from Kimberley. On the handover the team were really helpful when getting me set up. I would recommend Kimberley for not only sales but for servicing too.

From quoting & answering many of our questions, to the fitting of the truma conditioning unit to our Motorhome, Kimberley were great

Generally a good experience but lacked information on accessories that were also required and caravan security. Said we would have tracker fitted which did not happen which was disappointing. On the plus side the Caravan handover/ induction was excellent and very informative
