Great quality, delivery quick and as expected, can recommend

As a retailer, it is important to have an excellent company to work with. Kilncrafts do that and excel in providing this. Delivery is quick, the wheel is amazing, to the point we have bought one to have in our own studio for customers to use before they buy. There is literally nothing negative to say!!! (I am not being paid to say this, this is an honest review)

Bought my Daisy wheel from Kiln Crafts. I had a query before buying and it was answered very quickly. Love my wheel and even better I was able to spread the payments over three months.

I've been loving wearing my green Kilncrafts apron pretty much every day since I got it and needed another for when it's in the wash...got the red one now and am loving it even more! As well as the shape and construction being comfortable and practical, the colour is a beautiful rust red and the linen feels so good!

Fast and efficient delivery. Only criticism was not receiving a promised text alert in respect of the delivery's arrival. Thankfully, I happened to be in and, with many thanks to the kind delivery driver, I managed to have my delivery moved to a secure place.

I love the Daisy Wheel! Fast delivery which I was kept informed about all the way. Easy to put together and quiet to run. One thing which I was very pleasantly surprised about was that I haven't had any splatters escape from the splash pan so far. On other wheels I've tried this hasn't been the case. I'm sure that it is going to really help my throwing, especially as the batt system means I can get my pots off the wheel easily without distorting them. The tools, especially the Movers and Shapers ribs are great and the design and quality of the free apron is fantastic. Couldn't be happier with it.

I ordered immediately prior to Black Friday deal being introduced and contacted them and without asking for anything Matt offered to send me the additional items as a goodwill gesture and advised me to wait for the deals next time.
I will definitely shop with them again and hope my next purchase will be a kiln.

The team were great at keeping me up to date with my order, and some unexpected goodies were added to my order. They weren’t joking when they said “everything you need to start throwing straight away!!” The starter bundle was perfect and the wheel is great (sturdy, well made, quiet) - I feel like a pro!

Amazing company to deal with. I ordered the potters wheel , received a call to ask if delivery would be ok in a couple of days . It arrived on time and the delivery men carried it into the house for me
