Well priced wheel easy to purchase, slight delay on delivery as they didn’t notice I was on the Isle of Wight so took a bit longer, but worth the wait. Easy to set up and fits lovely in my art space !!
Customer service was really good and Olivia helped when I couldn’t track my package and I feel like i could contact them again if I needed help or advice about my wheel x

The kiln took a few weeks to arrive due to coming from Germany (Nabertherm 45L), The packaging was superb. I was informed on it being dispatched and arriving in the country and the day it was to arrive. Olivia was particularly helpful, when I emailed queries. Hubby says im like a kid with a new toy.😀

Great experience when I called to place an order, friendly and professional. The delivery was very straight forward and the delivery driver was cheerful and professional. All in all an excellent experience.

I bought my Daisy pottery wheel from Kiln Crafts a few months ago and I’m so glad I did. It arrived with everything I needed to get started, which made the whole experience really smooth as a beginner. It’s been a brilliant step up from my Shimpo RK‑5T, which I’d been struggling with because of the hand lever. The Daisy has a larger wheel head, beautifully smooth movement, and I fell in love with it straight away.
The batt system is excellent quality too — I use mine with chamois leather to keep it secure and it works perfectly.

I also want to mention the level of care in their customer service. During a very difficult time when my mum was at the end of her life, I accidentally left a batt on the wheel and it warped as it dried. When I contacted Kiln Crafts to ask if there was any way to fix it, they didn’t just give technical advice — they offered genuine condolences and quietly arranged a replacement so I could get back to pottery when I was ready. It wasn’t something I expected, and it meant a great deal. Their kindness really stood out.

I’ve since bought the new Daisy wheel shelf addition they recently introduced, and I’m just as impressed with that. It fits perfectly, was easy to install, feels completely secure, and has made my setup even more practical.

I’m genuinely so happy with my purchase and with the people behind the company.

As a retailer, it is important to have an excellent company to work with. Kilncrafts do that and excel in providing this. Delivery is quick, the wheel is amazing, to the point we have bought one to have in our own studio for customers to use before they buy. There is literally nothing negative to say!!!
