Bought Onyx Tiny Tatz - roll should contain 2 small rolls of 7,5cm by 10m - only was one in the original packaging- was no loose second roll in parcel therefor wasn't packed - written email and contacted over Instagram after recieving package - no respons yet - to be fair received parcel yesterday and never had issues before .UPDATE !!! - Issue was sorted rapidly - was a packaging problem from producer - no fault of Killer Ink Supply as passed unnoticed. Already received the missing roll

Great customer service
DPD didn't deliver my parcel, but the customer service from Killer Ink was super responsive and helpful. They quickly got a replacement order sent out and delivered by UPS.
Would 100% use this store again based on their service :-)

Great customer service
I have been using Killer Ink for spmu supplies for a few years and they have always delivered on time. I have a slight issue with one of my products; a needle was delivered broken. I emailed customer services and Eva resolved the situation within 24 hours. The communication was excellent and I am very grateful for her help. It’s great to know that if a problem ever does occur, Killer Ink resolve it quickly and easily.

Excellent customer service
I had concerns regarding delivery of my order after my address had been taken incorrectly.
I called Killer Ink and spoke with a lady called Caitlin. She was friendly, professional, helpful and quickly and efficiently resolved my issue. Because of the service I received from Caitlin I will definitely buy from Killer Ink again in the future, and would recommend them.

Had a problem with an item I purchased which was no fault of Killer Ink it was a manufacturer defect of the item but Killer dealt with the issue straight away with no quibble and the problem was sorted within 24hrs. Special thanks to Caitlin who resolvedthe issue for me.
