They told me 7 days be delivered i paid for fast delivery and yet im on week 2 with out my tattoo gun im pissed!!!

Upon trying to return the machine while having the warranty on it, they asked me to commit fraud by lying to customs that the package is worth $20 rather than $300. I told them I could not do that as that's breaking the law and I could face some serious fines or trouble. They proceeded to say they do all the time themselves so it was fine. No, I don't think commiting fraud against the government is fine.

Look at them still asking for me to break the law. Absurd. If you have another solution I'd like to hear it because the batteries aren't working and I purchased the warranty.

A colleague of mine ordered from this site 3 months ago, and has yet to receive his order or tracking information. They took the money real quick but no updates and no machine. I was going to recommend ordering from this site after he received his order because the prices were affordable but now it's a big thumbs down and I will let all my tattoo artists and local businesses know not to order from here...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

Scam website! Placed an order and never received a confirmation email or tracking number! Contacted them through email and they have no record of the sale! Bank took the money out weeks ago and it has their name on it!

I have ordered twice now from the Dragenhawk official website. It takes some time to arrive, but the packages are well-packaged, with no damage, and the shipment is trackable. Once I need new supplies, I will defenitely order again.

The company keeps directing me to the shipping carrier, but despite providing all the required information, the carrier has not delivered my order.

I have been dealing with this issue every day for the past two months with no resolution.

Picked up a Mast Fold 2 after using a wired machine and I absolutely LOVE it. My wired machine was significantly more money but now the fold 2 is my go to, every day machine.
Id love some more colours and designs like leopard print, or glitter. Id buy them all!!

Have bought two machines from dragonhawk. Their service is amazing, arrived in New Zealand super fast and the machines are awesome. I am only new at this but so far I am Super happy with the purchases, customer service, speedy delivery and awesomely reasonable cost of the machines.

In the evaluation of this company for determining if we are proceeding with a large purchase, we noticed that we cannot find the owner of this company, CEO, or President. This concerns us greatly. We even did a massive search online in an attempt to find the Owner, President, or CEO. Nothing! Who is the Owner, President, or CEO of Dragonhawk Industry Co, Ltd.? I have great concern doing business with a company having no publicly known Owner, President, or CEO.

Not revealing this basic information which is actually required in the United States when forming a company, confirms all of my concerns with ever working with you.

I purchased a tattoo machine from Dragonhawk, and within a very short time of use, it began smoking and was deemed unsafe by the on-duty fire warden in my building, who had to remove it for safety reasons.

I contacted Dragonhawk immediately with full details of the incident. Instead of addressing the clear safety risk and arranging a refund or replacement, the company repeatedly demanded impossible “evidence,” such as call records with the fire department (which were never involved). Despite several emails and explanations, the issue remains unresolved.

I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability, customer care, and product-safety follow-up. A company supplying electrical equipment that poses a fire hazard should take these reports seriously and act responsibly.

I would urge anyone considering purchasing from this brand to exercise caution and ensure that all safety and quality certifications are verified before buying.

I placed my order for a mast fold pro 2 kit and an ink and machine covers. Only after i made the card payment i looked on their fb. After reading the comments on the dragonhawk facebook page and the negative reviews, i started to freak out that i had just spent a lot of money on a scam . But my order arrived and my tattoo machine was well enough packaged that even the local currier throwing it over my gate did not damaged it. Still waiting for the needles to arrive but i have my tracking info and i can check how the order is coming along.

I purchased a Fold pro Year of the Snake and was so impressed with it i bought a Racer pro the following month.
The dragonhawk team are excellent.
They answered any questions and right away. They were so helpful to me when picking what machines I wanted.
