hair growth! but reaction to serum

I have been experiencing a receding hairline and thinning areas on my scalp for about 2 years and have tried several products. I chose to try another product - KilgourMD serums - because of the testimonials and money-back guarantee. I experienced new growth within 2 months! However, I could not tolerate the serums. My scalp became scaly and itchy and the skin on my face felt itchy as well, especially at the hairline. I am sensitive to many personal care products and scents, so I was not surprised, but was very disappointed to not be able to continue using the serums. I wrote to Customer Care who listened and responded immediately. I received a full refund within about 10 days of my request. I highly recommend you give this product a try!

I had a burning sensation my first time…

I had a burning sensation my first time using the product. I emailed right away letting the company know and within minutes I had a kind email and a refund processing. I was so upset that I’m not able to use this product because I was so excited to try it for my menopausal hair loss but their quick response, concerned and solution was really unexpected and amazing
I recommend this company to anyone that is interested in trying this product. The customer service was fabulous

The customer service response was quick…

The customer service response was quick and helpful! They were proactive and offered me solutions before I even asked. They resolved my inquiry before the day was even over and I was very pleased. Lastly, I never felt any pressure. They clearly wanted to make me a happy customer!

I have new baby hairs!

I have new baby hairs! This product delivered for me. I had thinning that was noticeable around my face and in general about the crown. I used the Kilgour MD products as instructed. I sectioned my hair, applied product to scalp and massaged scalp. It has pleasant fragrance, is easily absorbed and my hair is soft and manageable. I believe it is thicker and has grown considerably. I would recommend it if you have thinning hair. I am very satisfied.

A Company of Integrity!

Unfortunately, I could not use the product as intended daily, applied to a clean scalp.
I requested a refund, and they immediately processed it; it was posted within 24 hours as "refund pending" on the card I used.

This speaks volumes to the integrity of KilgourMD.com! I believe if I had been able to use it daily as instructed, it would have eventually worked.

I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE

I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM A COMPANY AND ITS CUSTOMER-FACING AGENT. I am a brand new customer. This business refuses to take returns, issue refunds, treat customers with respect nor make things right. BEWARE. I ACCIDENTALLY bought 3 months of preventative serum but wanted the treatment-prevention pair. I did not know I was making a mistake. The woman who took my call in customer service right away was very assertive in telling me I made a mistake, it was my fault, I refuse to take responsibility, and I am accountable. Their web site design is confusing and is as much at fault, which is their only means of sales. I am completely disgusted by how I was treated. I will not be buying from them.

A+ For Service and Product

When I have had questions for KilgourMD, they have been answered immediately and the team has been so warm and friendly! I am only 1.5 bottles into treatment and so I don't have any new hair growth yet, but my hair is suuuper soft and fuller than it has been in a very long time. I have MAST cell issues (histamine intolerance) and my scalp has been dark pink and so sensitive for years now. Not dry, but burning and itching. It is now a normal color and the sensitivity is gone. So clearly my scalp is so much happier and healthier! All I need now is to see those new baby hairs growing!

I feel your product has really helped…

I feel your product has really helped my hair. And when I realized after my 3 order from your website, that somehow I was put on the monthly program, but didn’t want that, I alerted the company and it was taken care of promptly. Really helped with hairloss

After using the shampoo and conditioner as directed, I have noticed a reduction in scalp buildup and hair loss has really lessened. This was immediate.

Customer Service was exceptional

Customer Service was exceptional! I inquired about ingredients due to an allergy I have. Christiana was knowledgeable, very quick to respond, and very kind. My questions were not common and she took the time to give me thorough answers. I am going to try this product, now. Had she not been so thorough, I wouldn't even consider trying the product with my allergy.

Awesome customer service

I haven’t even tried this yet however I had a shipping issue (my fault) and I quickly reached out to the company who handled the situation promptly and professionally

Feedback should be provided to the…

Feedback should be provided to the delivery service you use not to mark something as delivered when it is not. It's a waste for the customer's time to track it and customer service's time to respond. It's also a poor business model.
