I started using the shampoo and conditioner 8 weeks ago. It's incredible! I have thick hair, but it was shedding constantly and I was picking many hairs off my clothes every 10 minutes. By week 4 th... See more

I didn't use the product consistently, but I noticed a difference with my hair loss pretty quickly after starting use. Customer service was fantastic and prompt in their interactions with me.

I was unable to use your products due to a treatment I was doing, and you immediately refunded my money. I appreciate that gratefully.

NEVER AGAIN. I paid nearly $80 for shampoo and conditioner that is nothing more than overpowering perfume in a bottle. I’m recovering from breast cancer treatment and thought I would give this a try. I found nothing about scent prior to purchase. I made an assumption that if it were legit, the scent would be mild. No refunds and final sale. Fool me once. DON’T risk it.

Hi! I just got off the phone with Sheena as I had questions about the frequency of my subscription deliveries - I thought I had maybe doubled up my subscription accidentally. She was not only able to help me figure out why I had so many deliveries but also help me delay my next shipment and change the frequency so I didn't have a surplus. (I currently have three unopened boxes on my dresser and I use the serum religiously!) Anyway, please know that Sheena was an absolute delight. She was personable and present and, frankly, I feel like we could hang as friends. That is such a wonderful asset for a company to have in a customer service person. She is so lovely that I hope, if I ever need to call again, I get her on the phone. Please tell her supervisor and anyone who works with her how much I appreciate her. :)) Thank you again for your help, Sheena!

Buyer BEWARE! I wish I would have taken the time to look at reviews prior to making this purchase, as I see my negative experience is shared. I am only guilty of not honing in on the very specific details of the 90 day return policy; I did not think that was extremely necessary. In my other experiences dealing with reputable companies, who truly care about customer satisfaction, returns are never an issue. Unfortunately this is not at all the case with KilgourMD. Though the price was way over my comfort level, I was eager to try due to their claims, and the fact that I could (at least I THOUGHT I could) return the product if I was not pleased. I realized very early on that I was not going to be able to get past the unpleasant smell of the product, though I sure gave it an attempt. I first reached out to them requesting a refund after 46 days of use. Not only was I not seeing results, again the smell to me was intolerable, and the primary reason for returning. I would think their primary concern would be customer satisfaction, regardless of the reason why. However, the reply I received did not even inquire as to "why" I wanted a refund, but only stated that I could not return the product until consistent use over a full 90 days. I asked if there was anything further I needed to know regarding the return after the 90 days of use, to which would have been the perfect opportunity for them to fill me in on this next part, though they conveniently omitted this important information. Upon my second attempt at trying to return the unused products (4 bottles total) following over 90 days of use, I was then told that my request was now beyond the 90 days, and therefore I was no longer eligible for a refund. I was told the email refund request had to be sent on the EXACT date following 90 days from the order date. Which is also absurd for those (like myself) who were not able to begin using the product until a time after receiving. So ultimately, not even an accurate depiction of 90 days of use for results anyway. To be so rigid as to expect customers to send this email on ONE date, is very unreasonable, though certainly frees them of honoring their stated return/refund policy. It appears the one thing they are good at is responding to negative posts, in an attempt to make it seem like they care, and attempt to try to salvage their reputation. Too little, too late. My recommendation is to save your money, spare yourself frustration, and continue your search for a hair product that works, and with a company who cares about customer satisfaction and honors returns. Off to the landfill are my four unused/unopened, very expensive bottles of product...

Customer service was outstanding. The product works if you stick with it. They addressed the bumps along the way graciously. They did refund a portion for me due to inability to use it and that I purchased the equivalent of a 90 day supply.

The Treatment for Scalp Serum has worked wonders on my thinning , aging hair. I’ve used it consistently for three months and see and feel a difference. Im looking forward to trying the shampoo line also. There isn’t a person around that doesn’t want there hair to look fabulous. Take that jump and give Kilgour Md a try, you won’t regret it.

My request to receive this product every 2 months vs every month was easily rescheduled, and when it was discovered the serums were already on it's way, they issued me a partial refund! This was all accomplished within an hour of time during my work, with a very friendly attitude as well. The best part is that these serums really do work with consistent use! Thank You!

I got a notice that my next shipment was en route and I realized I have plenty and that I won't be in town for the next several months. Within an hour after reaching out to customer service, I received a response and was able to pause my subscription pretty seamlessly.

It's still early to determine outcome but after 1 1/2 months of using your shampoo/conditioner, it seems as though I have less hair loss. I just hope that continues. What I DO notice is that my head no longer itches like it did constantly. THAT is huge! My head also feels so refreshed when I wash it. So far I love this product.

My items shipped quickly but one of the bottles was damaged. Within minutes of reaching out to the customer support team, I had a replacement on the way. Fantastic!!!

Was it expensive? Yes but many things that make us feel better about our appearance are, so this didn’t bother me. Shipping was communicated well and the items arrived on time. I had seen comments about light or gray hair turning yellow, and how using clarifying shampoo or the purple shampoo for gray hair might mitigate that, as might using the product on clean hair in the event that product buildup may be contributing to yellowing of hair with use of the product.
I followed the directions for the product exactly as written. I also used clarifying shampoo 1-2 times a week, as well as using purple shampoo my usual 2x/week. Despite this, my grey hair started to turn yellow. I added a purple conditioning mask for my hair once a week as well. My hair never turned the orange or very yellow as some people described, but it was nonetheless noticeable – my hairdresser commented on it every time I came into the salon – so it was of some concern to me.
More importantly, my hair continued to shed as it had prior to using the product and no new hair growth ever emerged. I did continue to use the product for the full three months, although I discontinued my subscription so that I would not get another order before that three months was up.
It took fully two months for the yellow to be out of my hair once I discontinued using the product – both in terms of fading and by way of haircuts (my hair is very short so as far as haircuts go that was probably doing the bulk of the work). Two months after I stopped using the product my hair had stopped shedding, and recently has looked/felt less thin, and when I look back at what’s been going on in my life – a decrease in work and personal stress, a change in diet & medications, etc. - it’s clear that I probably should have had a consult with a dermatologist who would’ve taken a good health history and provided guidance toward possible lifestyle changes (stress etc) and made appropriate product recommendations specific to my situation. I took a chance because I felt bad about my appearance, instead of considering my whole self. I don’t think I will do that again.
