One of the better UK Gunpla stores
Very quick delivery, good prices and one of the biggest available ranges of Gunpla I've seen in the UK.
If I have one nitpick it's that the shipping box could've used a little more paper inside to protect the order. When it arrived the box was very beaten up but thankfully none of the contents were damaged.
I can't fault the service at all and would use again in future.

Excellent prices, excellent service
I’ve been a customer since before they even had a website. The owner always delivered on the kits I’ve ordered even if it needed to be a special order. I have never gotten anything but the best customer service, all the way to meeting in person to deliver the order.

Good enough but...
Shipped last Sept 27th, received package today Oct 16th. So that took 3 weeks. Which is fine mind you. The thing is, tracking didn't work. So you have no idea were your package is.
Besides tracking, probably the time it took for the package to reach me.

Great customer service
Really good service from this company. A system error led to me having the wrong item delivered, so after contacting them to explain what happened, communication with the customer service was excellent. I returned the item (had to pay postage, which was immediately refunded) and my correct item was despatched straight away, arriving the following day. They were very apologetic about the error, but fixed it satisfactorily. Reasonable prices, good stock selection and prompt delivery- well done!
