No Service, No Delivery
Ordered shoes on April 21st (ebd60cab). On April 30th, 9 days later, after I followed up, I’m told that an incorrect DHL label was created and the shoes are being returned to their warehouse. I’m told they first need to receive them before they can send out new shoes??? Even though they are in stock. Absolutely disgraceful. Zero service, and they only act once you follow up!

Absolutely awfull experience, DO NOT BUY HERE
IF you receive anything, than you are lucky, lets hope you do not have to return anything. They make that simply impossible. Customer service does not exists. no response for days/weekd. And if they do, they just ask silly questions to stall the process of not being able to return. I really, really wish that I would have read all these experiences before i ordered.

Not a good service
First of all the sizes for Ralph Lauren boys do not match . I ordered Xl boys 163-174 cm.
That suppose to be 14-16 years old ( 163-174cm) I received pants and the zip hoodie
For 18-20 years old. Delivery took a while as well. I send back this 2 items at the same day as it was delivered . Had to wait for 1.5 month for any response from the company . At the end wrote the email asking when would i be getting my money back. The company forwarded all to Klarna ( in between company) so again took few more days . I did get my money back at the end but somehow they took 1.90 eur.off the whole amount .
It did stated return is free though !
Anyway not a good service at all when you as a client have to check , wait and approach after spending 178 eur.

The items ordered in 30/12/2022, shipped on 2/1/2024 were still not received ( 9/1/2024). No help from the klanten response, no response to email received.

I am so sorry to hear that, but I can see that we did answer your email the days after you left this feedback :) I can also see that the package was delivered the same day.
You can always follow the package via the Budbee tracking.
After the holidays and the sale it seems that some deliveries were effected and a bit late. We are so sorry for this.

We are so sorry to hear that you did not receive the package. This is the information that we got from DHL: The shipment could not be delivered to the recipient, because of an incorrect delivery address. So sorry but if the address is not correct the package cannot be delivered.
