False advertising - product received is much smaller than shown in the images, although the measurements provided in one photo are accurate.
I ordered the hand casting kit. It is so small that one adult sized hand doesn't even fit in the tub. Very disappointed.

Absolute crap
Absolute crap, paid $95 for things that looked really good but were total rubbish. Things you would win at a clowns game at the show. Took a month to get - wouldn’t refund my money unless I sent them back to china at my expense so of course I took the 30% refund they offered to keep the items. What a false purchase, never again, be warned, nothing is as it seems and they don’t even admit to the products being rubbish - con job

SCAM:This is not an Australian company
This is not an Australian company, they are Chinese. It’s a scam.
They will send you a product, but nothing like what you ordered.
If you ask for a refund they will ask you to return the product at your cost and on receipt will refund you. Don’t trust this.
Alternatively they will offer a 30% refund less postage. 1 star is too high of a rating.

The hand cast bucket was tiny and not big enough for two hands, especially not a family. Nothing like the size shown in the picture in the ad. Very disappointing and waste of money. Don’t be misled by the pictures.

Cheap Rubbish from China
Their products are complete cheap RUBBISH. Added to crappy products, this company is not Australian as they would have you believe, all the rubbish comes from China😡

The name implies it's an Australian company but I was shocked when tracking showed international flight details. It took 10days to receive so not a lengthy delivery time despite (hence the 2 star rating) However I ordered the rainbow rotating tower toy, picture shows a young (pre 1 yr child sitting playing) box says 4yrs+ and quality is what I'd expect from a $2 shop. Won't be buying from them again.

Very Poor Quality for the Price, Bad customer service
The order took way to long to arrive, there was no reply to my enquiries in regards to my order. When the order finally arrived the packaging was damaged, the items are very poor quality. They resembled what you would purchase from a cheap shop. For the price I paid I am very dissopointed and will not purchase from this comapny again.

Absolute garbage. Nothing looked as advertised, an expensive lesson!! Running cow advertised 'gentle movement' but fails to mention that you need to provide the movement. Descriptions edge up to the border of complete rubbish but don't cross the line. Don't bother

Overseas site posing as Australian. It took ages to arrive, and I doubt an Australian company would send a box with “BARM animals” printed on it. The toys are a cheap imitation of those advertised.

Very impressed with baby rattle wrist and sock set
I wanted to write this review bc I read some negative ones but I had a superb experience and it’s only fair I share it!
After reading some neg reviews I almost cancel my order but the customer support (Sarah) was apologetic and convinced me to give it a chance and wait till I receive my parcel then decide, I’m so glad I did!
I got my order in a week and the baby rattle wrist and sock set is so cute and with vibrant colours and of great quality🙏.
So give them a chance you won’t regret it!

Don't deal with this company. Falsely advertise as Australian
This company falsly advertise as Aussie kids. They are not based in Australia, but in China. I ordered a game of Rattlesnake, and when it finally arrived, other than the fact that the packaging was disgusting and the box was all crushed, it was not working. I immediately contacted the seller, to be told they needed proof that it didn't work. I sent 8-10 emails trying to work out how to get a video to them as the file was too large.
My word was not good enough. After 2 months, I finally got a refund.
Advice: NEVER deal with this company.
Look for the same items locally. You might pay more, but at least you'll get one that works! You also have a comeback to a physical shop.

Would not purchase from site again
Ordered items a month ago (17th May and is now 19th June) and still haven’t arrived. Brand claims to be Australian owned and run however the contact address is in Hong Kong. I contacted the company via email and was told my items would arrive last week (which is now over a week ago). They put the blame on Australia post for taking so long. I would not purchase from this site again.
