Wouldnt even rate it one star, they ignored any attempt to contact them, deleted bad reviews and questions of their instagram account, somehow managed to completely ignore any attempt to speak to them and then after two weeks they cancelled the order. anyone who you did manage to speak to was unhelpful and rude. dont think their even was any issue with the order, think they were annoyed that we left a bad review and then cancelled the order

Rude, poor and unprofessional
Purchased some items, asked staff a question got ignored for over a week, when they finally got back in touch they just liked the messages, then when I asked what they were doing about this they said they will refund the money but tried selling me the same trainers on another account for 60 pounds more very unprofessional company would not use again.
