responses were instant initially, once payment was made I have had zero contact from them.
comments removed and ignored. many others report the same.
Money gone and no item received.
*UPDATE*
After my review I magically had a message from them 1 hour later claiming to have been on holiday (despite still posting and ignoring my messages) asking me to delete my review.
I requested a refund which took 5 days to clear.
I now have my money back but it’s taken me to write a bad review to get it! Others said the same in the comments.
I’ll never use them again, make your own mind up.

Stay well clear of this company. Purchase a pair of trainer worth £220, didn’t like them when arrived so I kindly asked for a refund.I sent back recorded delivery /tracked etc. They have had the parcel on the 3rd august it is now the 7th august and no sign of refund. I have lodged a complaint through pay pal. They not responding to any messages I send. 😡

The company was working with reduced hours during the period of August 4th - 10th however looking on our system I can see this refund would have been processed on the 4th before the break. 1-5 business days is the standard refund processing time for Paypal/Banks which unfortunately we cannot speed up regardless of how quickly we process the return on our side. I hope you are well. From what I can see on the system this full refund would have been processed at the beginning of July. Your bank/Paypal may take 1-5 business days to process the refund however in some cases can take up to 10 business days depending on the institution, delayed institutional processing times are unfortunately out of our companies control but seldom occur. We have followed up and contacted the email available on our system and hopefully can clear up any further issues you may have with this refund.
