Hassle free process
After the accident I was able to carry out everything by phone and email.
Also had the option of using my own repairers to do the job, also having a dash cam was an extra bonus. Repair is now complete and very happy with the whole process.

A Happy ending
After a bumpy start, everything went smoothly and everyone involved have been very courteous and kind and I am happy to say that H Sampson Garage have been excellently my car was delivered back on the 12th December everything was don and it had also been valeted so yes everything was great, thank you.

Although I had a bad experience with my car only the second in 55 years or driving, the Cavalry team and KGM have been excellent in the way they processed the claim they were all well trained, polite, compassionate and although my car was a bad experience they way you all dealt with it was a credit to KGM , it helped me to come to terms with my accident , of which I am truly sorry about . Unfortunately because that’s my second , first one was I backed my Motorhome into what I thought was long grass but it was a bank and the bumper that’s like wet cardboard folded,, I am not allowed to insure with you anymore which is a shame , I know two hits and you are out , the only two in 55 years of which has really upset me , I am now insured with you with my model until August and then I’ve got to look elsewhere don’t want to but you have your rules and it was my fault but just want to say you have been brilliant and Thankyou Brian Kirkham
