It works

They unlocked my American Iphone6 in less than 5 days and now I can use it in Berlin, Germany. They did ask for more money after a first "attempt" at unlocking it, which I found a bit distasteful, as it certainly is not at all clear from their website that you'll be asked for more money.

Great Job

Trying to use my AT&T iPhone 6 on my T-Mobile network: I first placed my order on Dec. 29 a little nervous. After purchasing they sent me an email to check status of your order. Since it was in holiday season i knew it would take a little longer than the 2 day guarantee. Friday Jan. 1st i go a message saying a Surcharge payment was needed (49.99), still nervous i paid. Then i received a message it might take up to 3 work day, but Saturday i was happy to receive an email saying " Your iphone is now unlocked!" I followed the steps in the email and I'm a happy customer!

Thank you for the great job and fast service!!!

Please read before losing your money

First I paid for an unlock, they couldn't do it so they asked for 50 extra dollars to unlock it via "Apple gateway" After this is paid they said they would be able to unlock it in 10 business days, needless to say after 12 business days they didn't unlock it and I haven't received any reply to my emails.
Please if you are thinking about buying DON'T DO IT.

I just hope I can get a refund....

My iPhone was unlocked

Update to "Do not waste your money"

I paid for unlocking back on 12th Nov., have sent in excess of 10 emails and to date (16th Dec) and have had no replies from them or my phone unlocked.

Well, since my comments were published on this site I have now, at least, received return of my money. However, I would still not recommend Keys2iphone as I have never received any replies to my 10+ emails. I am of the opinion that the only reason I have a refund is the fact I posted on this site. So, my thanks go to 'Trustpilot'

Waiting more than 2weeks. Nothing

Their service says 2 day turn around. Tracking number order just says 'in process'. It's been more than 2 weeks!
I have tried to reach them from all possible options. No response. What type of customer service is that? If there is delay at least tell the customer. Really bad service. I will reach out to website that recommended this service and make sure they don't include it anymore.

awaiting iphone 6s+ unlock

I sent a payment of $50 for iphone 6s+ unlock and waited patiently for two weeks now (order placed Oct 21, it is now Nov 4th). I tried to reach out through every facet that they have (website contact / email / facebook / paypal) but they have yet to respond whether or not they are still trying to unlock my phone or not?

Update (11/10/15). They still have not responded to any communication and they simply submitted a trustpilot claim saying they have no record of me and my transaction. Clearly they received my paypal money and I've escalated the matter to paypal try and get a refund. Wasted three weeks on this trash company.

(EDIT#2) ...BEWARE the $80 Surcharge surprise!

Amazing...
This company has not only deleted & blocked my comments to their FB-page, they also blocked me from sending them private messages thru FB. AND... they have deleted & blocked HONEST comments & questions from others to their FB page (I have screen-shots of before & after posts and deletes. Mine and potential customers.)
FURTHER... now Keys2iPhone has requested this REVIEW SITE claiming my review doesn't meet guidelines, and that other reviews are not valid.
I WISH.... they would put that much effort into just PROVIDING THE SERVICE THEY ADVERTISE, AT THE PRICE THEY ADVERTISE! Seriously Keys2iPhone, just do business right and stop this game.

I DID bump the star rating from 1 to 2, because yesterday they sent an email to confirm refund of my $40 ....and provided a link to buy their "premium" service for $100.
(Oct 13, 2015)

---------------
ATTENTION readers... check this: exactly as another reviewer here experienced, the Keys2iPhone FB page REMOVED my comment from their "happy timeline" and BLOCKED me from making further comments! All with NO communication regards the real issue (NOT providing the service they offer at the price advertised.)

Unbelievable that a company chooses to act this way in today's business world. Of course I'll update this IF they actually decide to come thru with a working unlock code. -GK (Oct 11, 2015)

Bait-and-Switch game??
Here’s my recent experience:

Oct 6, 2015
...paid to unlock my ATT in-contract iPhone-6, which the website CLEARLY claims they can do within 2 days for a total cost of $40. They took my money then sent a confirmation email (1st email in chain below.)

Then... not 2 days later,,, not 3 days later,,, but 4 days later they sent an email saying they could NOT unlock my phone, UNLESS I pay an extra $80 surcharge!
Wow. Really...? After all the recent testimonials from other iPhone 6 owners claiming Key2iPhone (provided the unlock key within 2-days, it was so easy!) Seriously huh, but MINE you cannot unlock unless you receive $80 more dollars.... LOL.

(You can read my reply to them below in the comm chain.)

I am posting this review to my FB page, to the Keys2iPhone FB page, to the company directly via FB Messenger and direct email,,, and to this review site.
(Btw, see the other similar negative reviews here.)

I fully intend to PUSH this company to PROVIDE what they offered at the advertised cost. IF they comply, then I will gladly come back and edit and upgrade my review!

IF they are unresponsive, unprofessional,,, or simply just refund my money thereby refusing to follow-thru with their offer ...then I will be relentless in sharing my negative experience them.
If they remove/block my comments from their FB page, I will repost and/or have others re-post. I will share this experience with EVERY review and blog site focused on phone unlocking. I will write to the BBB, and to political friends in California.

Let’s see HOW Keys2iPhone responds...

Hi Greg Kremer,

A surcharge of $80 is required to unlock your iPhone with IMEI : 354446066703478. We have tried to unlock it via our standard At&t gateway and it failed. The Apple gateway has to be used to unlock your iPhone. We understand that it is frustrating and we work hard to provide the easiest and cheapest alternative possible. We always try to unlock via our standard gateway first and if it fails we offer a direct Apple gateway that costs more money.

After you pay the surcharge, please allow 5 business days for Apple gateway to unlock your iPhone.

If you are not ready to pay this surcharge simply reply to this email to request a refund.
Best regards,
Keys2iPhone Team

This is unreasonable BEYOND what you advertise and you know it ‼️

NOWHERE on your site is this possibility mentioned....
You WILL provide a valid unlock code NOW;  or sit back and watch as I use EVERY online social portal, blog, etc available to SLAM your company as a SCAM!

PROVIDE WHAT YOU OFFERED TO PROVIDE, AT THE COST YOU ADVERTISED.

No response from customer service

I put in my order on Sept. 7th, 2015, for Sprint, and I still haven't got my unlock code or anything at all. It's been frustrating to use my iphone as it is right now, and I have been attempting to contact them. They replied to my first email saying that Sprint takes 7 days, but now it's been just over 2 weeks, and no reply to any of my customer service email at all. Very unprofessional, and no service (quite literally nonexistent)

100% iron clad guarantee means nothing to them

Their site says they have a 100% iron clad guarantee and they claim they will you give you your money back if you aren't happy. I invoked this and the customer service rep was beyond rude. Think all caps emails that have no explanations and just say the word "NO." When I tried to post reviews on their "happy" facebook community, they blocked it. I think this site is kinda a scam or has the worst customer service policy I've ever experienced. I'd warn anyone away from them if possible.

Absolutely Amazing

placed an order for iPhone 6 plus and less than 48 hours,I received the unlock instructions. It was a very simple procedure. A couple of mins and my iPhone is unlocked. It was worth the wait and I love it. Thank u keys2iphone and without trust pilot website and the feedback provided by the customers. I wouldn't have found this service and used it.. AT&T customers can definitely trust these guys for unlocks. Cheers :)

Great Customer Service!

The only downside to this company was that they do not first inform you that there may be a service charge for phones still in contract. However, they do let you know if it becomes a problem, and give you the option to get a full refund. I requested a refund and got it within two days. I appreciated their honesty and was very impressed with the customer service!

Amazing Service and Got my 6 Plus unlocked while in contract

I had an urgent international trip scheduled and was exploring the options of buying a cheap phone in the travelling country.. but then tumbled upon this post and read the reviews. At morning 1:30 signed up for this service and by same day evening 6:40 PM got my phone unlocked.

I was skeptical in between how would they do it but who cares did the steps listed in the email and voila.. got the congratulations message in iTunes.

If you are in AT&T you can surely give it a shot and they did what they promised.

I will highly recommend keys2iphone

Exactly as Promised!!

Needed to unlock my iPhone 6 that was still under contract for an upcoming, several month-long trip to Europe. I found this service through recommendations on forums and thought I would give it a try as they promised a money-back guarantee and only a two-day turn around. I was a little worried that they wouldn't be able to unlock it since it was still in a contract; but just as promised, two days later, I got the email saying my phone was now unlocked and it made my day. A great deal! I highly recommended using keys2unlock!!
