My first time getting this service

This is my first time that I paid for such a service because I always this was a scam. I don't know why people are giving one star because they didn't asked me for surcharge. Although, it was mentioned in terms and condition that there might be surcharge and people are saying they don't tell about surcharge. Moreoever, they replied to my email in couple of hours and my phone was unlocked in 2 business days as promised by them. Still I don't know why people are saying its scam. After reading there comments I was like did I paid to a wrong company so, I emailed them how long will it take to unlock and they replied me back in couple of hours. So, I believe in this company and will help them get more customers if any of my friends wants to get it unlocked too.

Keys2iPhone - easy-peasy

Thank you for the super fast service. Placed an order for unlock of my brand new and in-contract!!! at&t iphone 6s at 7 p.m. When I checked my e-mail next morning, I found this - "Your iPhone is now unlocked" Awesome! I followed the instructions given in the email (connected iPhone to iTunes) ) and got my travel SIM working immediately. Easy peasy! Thanks!

Great and quick service.

I just moved to Canada and I still had my iPhone 6 Plus with me. But it was locked in contract with Att. Keys2iphone promised a 2 day turn around and they only took a day and a half to unlock my phone. I'm very happy with their work.

Cant get a refund, no response from support!!

I purchased an unlock from keys2iphone reluctantly because of the mixed reviews. It turns out I should have listened. They said the unlock would be 2 weeks. I emailed them after and said the time had passed. I then got an email asking to pay a $59 SURCHARGE.

I immediately asked for a refund. it has been well over a month and i still have not gotten a refund or a response. I have opened a paypal dispute and KEYS2IPHONE has still NOT RESPONDED.

PLEASE REFUND, THIS DOES NOT LOOK WELL ON YOUR BUSINESS. I WILL ENCOURAGE ALL MY CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Too Easy!

I have the iPhone 6. I did an online search about unlocking phones. Keys2iPhone was highly recommended. It took about 3 steps to complete the whole process. Send IMEI, make payment, wait 2 days and plug it in to iTunes. It took one day and while I followed the instructions it actually worked without having to plug it up to my computer. Too easy!! I highly recommend this service. Great job folks.

Made a believer out of me! Great Experience.

I was skeptical at first. Thought it might be a scam, but went ahead anyway. Paid the 29$ in about 3 business days received an email and they said they needed another 29.99 to unlock with Apple. I agreed and paid through PayPal. Within another 3 days I got an email saying my phone was unlocked. I followed the directions, and POOF unlocked iPhone 6, now being used on metro PCS. VERY happy with this service.

iPhone 6 Unlocked with 24 Hours

I was a bit skeptical at first trying one of these third-party unlocking services. After dealing with AT&T for over a week trying to them to unlock my iPhone, I decided I would try Keys2iPhone. Within 24 hours of submitting my request, I received an email saying "Your iPhone is now unlocked!" Sure enough, when I popped in the SIM card from T-Mobile it no longer said 'Invalid SIM'. I don't normally write reviews, but I was extremely satisfied with the service I received when I thought that I would be stuck with a locked iPhone with no help from AT&T.

Amazing

I was not sure if I want to do it with them after reading about them. Most reviews was saying that they don't replay or they ask for more money. But I have not experienced anything except that it took them 6 days to unlock my phone. I would highly recommend them but don't expect them to unlock your phone in 2 days as they claim.

10/10 would recomend

I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews about Keys2iphone not working or asking for more money. I decided to pull the trigger anyway and could not be more happy with the result. I paid just $30 to unlock my AT&T iPhone 6. It was unlocked in less than two days as promised, and they DID NOT ask for more money. This was a great experience overall and I would recommend it.

No Response

Paid $40 for my iPhone 6S to be unlocked, got an email asking for an additional $40 to unlock my phone (website mentions NO option of being asked for an additional charge). Emailed them 4 times asking them to call me to resolve this, no phone number is listed on their website so I couldn't call and they haven't responded to my emails. Terrible customer service, not worth it for the $80+ cost of the service. I want a full refund, let's see if I get it. Terrible terrible, unreliable, impossible to contact company.

Surprisingly delighted

Got my my iPhone 6 unlocked, to be used with T-Mobile in less than the 2 days they had estimated. I was really skeptical after reading some of the previous reviews and really considered that using their service might've been a bad idea, but my experience was great, quick, easy and no surcharges.

Saved me a lot

I got to Denmark and realized that my AT&T iPhone 6 (that was still in a 2 year contract) was not unlocked to used in Europe! I used different SIM cards in the states without any problems but once I got over here, I ran into issues once I got my new phone SIM card. I sent the payment and expected it to be a few days, but in about 24 hours I got an email saying my phone is now unlocked and it instructed me how to unlock it! Now my phone works in Europe! Awesome! Would reccomend strongly!

Got the job done BUT asked for more money

I got my iPhone unlocked in a total of 10 business days which, in my opinion, is not bad at all considering my phone was a boost mobile phone (runs on the sprint network but not billed by sprint). After 2 days of placing my order I get an email saying I have to pay an additional $59 to get it done and honestly, I wasn't thrilled. I was not entirely ready to pay for those additional $59 but at the same time I had already paid $69 so I figured I'd give it a shot. In the end, they did what they promised and my phone is working perfectly in Mexico now. It would be awesome if they also advertised the posibility of a surcharge BUT in the end I am very satisfied with the result.
