Chris has been fantastic through out the process of purchasing our new home. From meeting him at our first viewing he was friendly and professional, extremely knowledgable and could answer any of our questions straight away. When we submitted an offer on the property via email at closing time he contacted the sellers and got back to us straight away albeit out of office hours. He then proceeded to do more than his job like finding out details of our chain that our agent should have known (but didn't) to keep us and the sellers up to date with the process. Any extra questions i have had he has been contactable straight away or has returned my call within the hour. I cant thank Chris enough for making this as stress free as possible and we will definitely contact Atherton's in the future if we move again. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond for us!

What was a slow start due to the then market conditions and some delays with communication from legal professionals, our move was managed professionally by the team at key Drummond. Special mention to Sam for his attentive viewings and coordination: also to Chris when finalising move dates and chasing everyone …….. communication methods were good with a WhatsApp group, email and phone. They were more than helpful from beginning to end , making the sensitive selling of my parents home after they passed away.
It was stress free, updated on progress all the way through .

Overall received a great service and would recommend to use.
Sam took over from Chris in the early days due to Chris poor health. Sam did a great job, communication was always spot on, very helpful and polite. When Chris returned towards the end Chris was always there to hand and spot on with the communication and very helpful.
We liked having the WhatsApp group between us all, we found this really helpful and informative.
We prefer to use independents and local.
Price was very competitive, service great, got the job done. It did take a little while due to the current market, got there in the end, was worth the wait, they also found our next home we wanted and sorted that out too.
