Lmao. This is pathetic business. They responded after 1 year to my abuse report and closed ticket at the same time, because it was too old and nobody claimed it...
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Completely unacceptable technical failure and lack of oversight. Our .SE domain has been stuck for 8+ days because Key-Systems' internal systems are reporting a 'Trade Completed' status (Timestamp: 2026-03-25 00:18:10) that never actually reached the Swedish Registry. The Registry confirms no data was ever received, meaning Key-Systems is providing false 'Success' logs in their portal while the domain remains incorrectly registered. Support is non-existent and refuses to acknowledge the sync error. If you are a business-critical entity, stay away—their automation is broken and their manual support is worse. Linked to Europe Registry/Instra, who are also as culpable. Please avoid them at all costs and find a reputable and reliable service!

I have submitted several abuse reports regarding concerning activity, but unfortunately I have not received any acknowledgment or response. As a platform that values trust and transparency, I believe it is very important to have an effective process for reviewing and addressing such reports. Lack of communication leaves users uncertain about whether their concerns are being taken seriously.
I truly hope Trustpilot can improve its responsiveness and provide clearer feedback to users who take the time to report issues. This would not only strengthen confidence in the platform, but also help ensure that the community remains safe, reliable, and aligned with the standards that Trustpilot represents.
Domaindiscount24(Key-Systems) suspended my domain name without any prior notice. I spent hours trying to figure out why my website wasn’t accessible, thinking there was a technical issue on my end—only to discover that they had quietly taken it offline. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for their users. When you register a domain, you expect basic communication and transparency. With domaindiscount24, there’s no guarantee your domain will stay online or that you’ll even be told why it’s down. I strongly recommend STAYING AWAY FROM THIS REGISTRAR.
Dear Key-Systems Abuse Team, why provide an abuse email address if you won’t assist?
I’ve submitted a copyright infringement complaint to your abuse email address, as listed for reporting issues with domains you register, regarding unauthorized use of my copyrighted content on a domain under your management. Your response was that it’s beyond your control as a registrar, leaving me without help. If Key-Systems won’t act on complaints sent to your abuse email, why do you provide it and ask people to use it? Is this just a formality to cover yourselves under ICANN or other obligations, rather than a genuine avenue for resolving issues like mine?
Please explain your process clearly—why have an abuse email if it doesn’t lead to action? I’d also like to know what Key-Systems can do when hosting providers and website owners ignore valid infringement reports, as I’m stuck despite following your reporting steps.
Thank you,
Tricia Fox
I had to report a scam on a domain registered by a reseller of key-systems.net and they took care seriously fast.
