Disappointed
Received my first order today and having read reviews after placing the order I wish I'd headed to trust pilot beforehand. If I had, I wouldn't have ordered because the returns process doesn't look very honest.
the box is battered to bits and not from going through the delivery process. Photo taken upon opening the outer box as proof. These trainers are for a gift which I can't give in the original packaging now.

Genuine labubu dolls
Bought my niece a labubu from here. Glad I listened to the positive reviews, scanned the qr code on the doll and it is a genuine product. Very impressed, would recommend to anyone who wants one of these ugly toys!!

I picked up a couple of Labubus in the Glasgow store with my daughter. I’d been worried online about authenticity issues and whether they would be genuine. But KershKicks turned out to be 100% genuine. Big shout to the young gent in the store, he was top class.

We visited Kersh kicks as my son heard they sold genuine Labubu’s. After buying multiple from other websites that weren’t authentic I was a bit dubious about them, they are 100% authentic and have all the collections available. Friendly staff, who kept my partner amused with trainers while me and my son browsed the Labubu section. Will definitely be back again, great service.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. First order from kershkicks. Ordered a pair of dunks in the sale. Tried them but they are too tight, never had a pair before so wasn’t sure if the size would be right. Tried to return using the portal but just get an error message saying I cannot return as the order has not been full-filled. Sent an email last week asking if I can return and mentioning what I have tried but no response. Gutted

Very Disappointed
Very Disappointed as i've previously bought from kershkicks in person at events so to have such a poor experience going through their website buying something is very frustrating. I had placed an order on June 21st 2025 and it's now june 26th 2025 at the time of me writing this review and after 2 emails to no response and no other way to contact them I still have no notice of dispatch or delivery which is annoying as the option i chose at checkout was 1 - 2 business days delivery. Its really put me off being a repeat customer.

100% Authentic and Verified
I've now bought 2 Labubu from this store and both were verified as 100% authentic.
It has become impossible to buy these from POPMART, and as my kids and I love to collect these, we have had to try and find them in stores. Initially I was dubious about whether or not these Labubu would be genuine, but having had 2 verified now, this is the only place I trust to buy them from. I would love to be able to buy the box of 6, but I will have to settle for buying singles for now!
Definitely recommend purchasing from here, especially if you are an actual collector and want the real thing
