Kernowcraft.com Reviews

Although only a small order, they took care to match the two items, very quick delivery, and a good price, would not hesitate to recommend.

Very professional and helpful

I am new to jewellery making and where to source material. Of the few sources I have used Kernowcraft craft products were as described, good quality and I love the tutorials that are provided on the web page to help me along. I shall certainly be using you again. Thank you. JC

All as described, great service and quick delivery

Speedy efficient delivery, great choice of product, superb quality, great value for money and all the advice you will ever need

It was easy to order online and the order was ready quickly for me to collect. It is very useful to have this excellent supplier so close by, with such a wide range of products.

I use their keychains for making my own keyrings, because they are such good quality. Excellent delivery as ever, great value and will keep coming back!

I have been dealing with Kernowcraft for many years. It has always been and continues to be a lovely company with an excellent website, a splendid range of products and a highly efficient and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Excellent products, service & delivery. I am so happy to have found Kernowcraft. All of the above & more! I had a query about ring sizes, my query was answered quickly & comprehensively by Sarah, (yes, a real person). This has enabled me to understand how I could progress with my ring designs.

Thank you Kernowcraft. You made our colleague very happy with the leaving gift we bought from you. Also, when I mentioned that I had ordered two items separately, you kindly put them together so that the order was over the £50 free delivery. The package arrived in good order and in good time. Wonderful.

A great web site, very helpful staff. I have ordered from Kernowcraft several times, and have always been impressed with the level of knowledge and service, I was kept informed of order progress via emails and the order was dispatched quickly and arrived in good order. Great quality, products,

Always great products and help how to make for a beginner!

Ive ordered from here a couple of times now and they never disappoint! I was surprised to find out theyre a small business as they handle order and customer service to higher standards than most larger businesses do these days :)

I love the friendliness of this business. When I've had a special request for gems, Kernowcraft have come up trumps. I always know that what I order is exactly what I want. The newsletter via email is a great way to see what new products or special offers are available. Totally recommend Kernowcraft for value, information, training videos and customer focus.

Excellent choices and friendly service

I've used this company for 15 years. I've always been very impressed by their products, their knowledge of jewellers needs and I've found them so helpful, going above and beyond to match stones, and advise on products. They also have great videos offering skill development. Brilliant.

I was needing a product to prevent tarnishing on a ring I recently bought, and was pleased to see Kernowcraft had just the thing.
Easy to order, arrived in good time and a perfect little bottle of magic was mine!
Thank you, would definitely recommend this company, some lovely products.
