Very bad customer service.
They took money from my account without authorisation. When i informed this to customer service, they said we cant refund you because you used the new service.. did they tel me this earlier?

I never authorised any payments and they have even saved my credit card details when i never gave them the authority to. The customer service was just unapologetic for this. And now my money has been taken.

Beware of such cases.. i dont recommend bharath matrimony/ kerala matrimony especially because of this kind of fraudulent activities.

I subscribed to Kerala Matrimony's Assisted Service, and it has been an absolute disaster. They failed to provide the agreed profiles, and their customer support is non-existent.

The people behind this are always interested in making money. They call us frequently to mention about their premium membership. The site does not provide any match based on age or profession. The customer care is so unfriendly. They have lots of limitations and restrictions. Its basically money squeezing website. You dont get responses back from members . Just stay away from it and you will not lose your money and most importantly your most precious time. There are many other good matrimonial websites.
