Worst customer service , no tracking , no response from staff , gifts not delivered on time . Poor . Don’t use , you lose your money . Not recommended. Cheating

My partner ordered flowers from Keralagifts one week in advance and on the day it was supposed to be delivered they did not even contact to say it’s not possible to deliver! The service was terrible! If anyone here is looking to gift something to your loved ones it’s better to go elsewhere if you want it to be delivered on the right day!

Very Very bad service, they don't deliver the cake on the exact date which was mentioned during the booking. And other gifts which go through the courier they say 5 to 7 working days, but I haven't received those gifts even after a month. So who ever want to purchase with them please think twice.

I ordered a birthday cake for my sister as a surprise and they did not deliver. They did not update me that they couldn't deliver due to any reason also despite several follow ups through whatsapp and mail, no response. Be careful with these guys!
Somehow managed to call the call center after a week, but they say they will give refund or deliver the cake tomorrow( I don't understand the logic of gifting a birthday cake after a week)
Stay away and order from trusted sites. Please comment trusted sites names if anyone was successful in getting on time and quality deliveries.

Very poor. The Items shown in the picture is well arranged. But we got the parcel as a normal bakery parcel. Very bad experience

Ridiculous service
They took the order from international customer, payment credited and failed to deliver the order. After numerous attempts no refund.

I placed an order as a condolence for my friends mum who passed away due to cancer as they had a prayer mass in
church and I requested them to deliver in church or at home. Only excuses from them.
It's so embarrassing when you try to do some good deed and sources failed to do IT.
It is outrageous I feel for those companies who have no integrity.

We will give a zero star to this company if possible. They scammed the money out of us and did not deliver the flowers for birthday to mother-in-law. They kept on giving excuses day after day. Finally we asked for refund. But no refunds processed although received email. Filed chargeback with credit card company. Stay away from these people.

its the worst website to order dont ever order from them they give false promises and they ruined the birthday without delivering the cake and mentiong they will deliver the next day when the birthday is over screw this people

Very pathetic service and no respect to customers, they basically don't know what is customer service, what is service, importance of special occasion etc....They keep giving you hope that they are going to deliver on time and delay it and in a helpless moment they inform they can't do it and will say will do next day.
So the customer need to fix there loved one's special occasions as per there convenient. They don't have any shame or regret for asking this and doing this mistake. This delivery company is a number one spoiler to your loved one's special occasions. I am a victim to it. They say will refund in full but they don't do.
When we call for refund followups, they treat you like fools, asking many details and irritate.
I am planning to move to consumer court, as I understand from other customers reviews, it's there typical way of cheating.
On my daughters birthday I booked from Dubai, one day before a cake and gift for her, on the day of delivery they dragged till 8 pm saying will do shortly and then informed they fail to do it and do next day. I already informed my family that I booked the cake and no need to buy another. So they were waiting to start the celebration with guest and got embarrassed in front of the guest.

They will definitely delay the delivery by one day. We can’t even ask them any questions. They will simply command us to wait for the product according to their convenience.

I ordered cake for my in-laws anniversary.. they didn’t received it.. they cancelled the order.

Had ordered a gift for my dad for his birthday and very disappointing service from keralagifts. First of all, I did not receive an order confirmation after making the payment. Secondly the ordered gift cake was not delivered on the mentioned date. Infact, it was not delivered at all!!. They cancelled the order themselves without informing me. The only silver lining in this disappointing experience is that they have agreed to issue a refund. I have not received it yet and have my fingers crossed. Hope they will atleast issue a refund on time.
