The booking process so far has been effortless. Stephanie was friendly but professional and I am glad we chose Kenwood for our booking. We don’t travel until later this year so can only review the process so far.

I asked for a callback as i was unsure of where / how to book in Florida/Clearwater and the service i received was exceptional, friendly and informative.

Due to the issues in the Middle East my wife and I decided to change our 2026 holiday for the same holiday in 2027. Jit is our travel adviser and although we had to pay an admin fee the holiday was changed within the hour. My wife and I would like to thank Jit for his help in changing the holiday.

This is our second time using Kenwood Travel and were really happy with the variety of hotels they offer and their very competitive prices! We are travelling to Antigua on pre-paid flights and after comparing a wide variety of companies and hotels we booked through Georgi due to best price on our chosen hotel. Georgi was very helpful and acknowledged our repeat custom. Whole process was quick and easy and ability to pay our balance online makes things much slicker. Would definitely recommend Kenwood Travel to anyone looking for good quality hotels at great prices.

Listened to our requirements and built the trip to suit

Mostly nice especially the beach and the rooms and room service was incredible but the orange juice at breakfast tasted spoiled (it was slightly fizzy and smelled) and the food at the American diner place in the main hotel was horrible especially the pizza. Also could do with some water play area maybe with a water slide because the pools got repetitive eventually.
