Full service booked online for my Golf at their Warlingham Branch, confirmed free collection from home by phone. The car was collected and returned with all items properly done (I check!). They phoned me for two minor advisory items that I didn't want doing - no pressure from them.
Excellent attention to detail, polite, helpful. I shall be going again.
