We have recently moved to WOW Telecom and cannot praise the customer service highly enough. The switch over has been swift and WOW Telecom have helped us every step of the way. The new telephone system is working well and has a great PC/telephone app intergration meaning we can make and receive calls whether in the office of not.

Our experience with WOW Telecom has been highly positive. Their advanced system and user-friendly features facilitated a seamless transition. The team at WOW Telecom demonstrates notable expertise and responsiveness, consistently providing valuable assistance. Our staff adapted swiftly to the new interface and the enhanced functions have streamlined the management of both internal and external communications. All the staff at Wow Telecom have been amazing from the first phone call booking an appointment to meeting Andy to discus our needs to Andrew who installed all the equipment and didn't leave until we knew how to use it! I know we weren't the easiest of customers, having 7 sites there was a lot of work to do and a few hurdles to get over but we felt very looked after, there communication with every step is second to non ! Now we have a great new system, better service than our previous provider and we are also saving money ! I would highly recommend Wow Telecom, thank you to a great team.

Sales term were very personable, explained everything thoroughly, good price, beating our existing provider quite substantially. Very knowledgeable, with great equipment and fast Internet speeds.
The installation was equally good. Nothing was too much trouble and everything explained.
Since installation, any queries we have had have been dealt with in a fast and efficient way. To be honest, I cannot fault this company and would wholeheartedly recommend them. Brilliant!

The decision to switch for us was a slow process and Trevor was very patient and gave us time to make that decision. The installation with Andrew went really well and although we hit a few snags with our previous supplier he made sure it was all up and running before he left. We found the entire process with Wow to be extremely professional and very efficient.

The quote was clearly broken down with the pricing structure, the team took time to go through the kit and explain what we were purchasing and even took the time to explain the new technology to members of our team.

The install was completed around our working times to reduce disruption and they were on hand afterwards to ensure everything was left working and delivered as promised. The entire experience has been a breath of fresh air and we would highly recommend.

Trevor and Andrew made the Switch to Wow telecom so easy and stress free. Andrew took his time to install
all the new phones and did not leave until it was all up and running and tested. Trevor is always there to help with anything you need even after your system is fitted and up and running. Really happy with everything so far.

So far it has been an excellent experience with Trevor (who sold us the new telephone and internet package) and Andrew (who installed the hardware and new telephone system) he even went above and beyond to fix our existing hardware frame and tidy all the cables that were left by the last two telephone providers. WOW what a fab company to deal with and not only because they could save me over £150 per month. From the lady who booked my call, to the Sale Manager and installation Manager, all were fab. I now have a great phone system and feel confident that I will be well looked after throughout my time with WOW.

WOW Telecom proposed a new, more advanced and flexible VOIP system from Yealink, that was cheaper than our current Mittel system! They are also far easier to get hold of for support than our previous provider. Trevor then 'knocked it out of the park' by offering to double our Lease Line speed, again, for a far cheaper cost - what's not to love?
The Yealink / Linkus mobile app and desk top client is a game changer for those working from home.

WOW Telecom helped us to streamline our phone system for a greatly improved price over our previous provider. moving contracts and even transferring contacts were all made easy. The tech itself is effectively the same, but WOW took the time to listen to our needs and tailor our new phone system to work the way we need it to. This is a story of excellent customer service, well done guys.

I had been bashing my head against a brick wall with my previous company. Our service was very poor and at times, as a company we could not work, and in the evenings we could not watch anything that needed to stream because we spent more time watching the buffering circle of doom.
WOW Telecom contacted me and we decided after a visit that the only way forward for us was to install Starlink. WOW gave us a very competitive quote so we decided to go ahead. Once we were signed up the process was very quick and all through the change over to the new system they kept us informed. Refreshingly, if I had any queries there was always someone at the end of the line, and no que to talk to an actual person. Our system has been installed for just under a month and we have no queries or worries. Our speed out to the internet is 50 times better than it was and our upload speed means we can all work without impacting on one another. I would recommend this company without any reservations.
