Exceptional service from order through to construction of the dog kennel we bought. Expectations regarding timing managed, and then did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they would! Thoroughly recommend them.

We have used Kennelstore several times now for our dog boarding business and whether its a normal size or bespoke size they are always helpful and accurate.

I was more than happy with the products, the transport company took 24 hours longer than expected to deliver. Not Kennelstore’s problem.

I have purchased a number of items from Kennel Store and will state that the products are always good quality and reasonably priced. The reason for a reduction of one star was due to the delayed and poor delivery by DHL, of my latest purchase.

Sound advice on the website chat, order placed and delivered in under 48 hours! Looks to be great quality and exactly what we need - yet to assemble. Thank you.

Emma was extremely helpful with above and beyond confirmation I was ordereing what I needed. Their products are excellent value for money, (I have bought from them before and the kennel runs have stood the test of time with very large dogs in them. Delivery was free and very rapid on the whole set of panels.

A very helpful company. i purchased a gate panel a few years ago, which got damaged this year. i contacted kennel store to ask if it could be repaired and without even asking them they sent me a replacement gate for my panel so this is a company that you can trust.
They are honest and reliable and stick to there word of life time guarantee of there products

2 stars because they delivered the £4000+ kennel without wipe clean floors when I paid for it. Then they come back and put the floor in a week later but added wood trims to the edge of the floor. I complained got them to come and add plastic trims….
6 months later I’ve noticed the kennel isn’t all that weather proof as stated and it’s rotting the wood after 1 winter. Also the plastic trims they have added to the floors have all got a strip of sticky tape on and it’s all starting to peal off. Dog hairs and all kinds of puppy related dirt is now sticking to it! Not very sanitary for the animals! Would not use this company again. Overall I feel like I’ve wasted so much money on something I could have done myself a lot cheaper and better quality!

Just had a new kennel delivered and fitted this morning. Very happy with it and the quality. Didn’t take the lads long to assemble and done a great job, even with one of the neighbors trying to make things awkward for them. They just got on with it and couldn’t have done a better job! Thanks again.

So far, so good ! I did take a while to make up my mind which double kennel to have, but once ordered it was easy-peasy. My border collies now have a beautiful Wymbury and a Wag elevated bed each after living in old second-hand kennels which were draughty and had begun to leak. Emma was brilliant and the delivery guys were quick and efficient. I actually commented to them that the new kennels looked very posh, and I might even move into them myself ! ! Thank you to all concerned, especially as I live in Kent so it was a long way for the delivery guys to travel. They arrived around 10am and were done and dusted by 11.30am. Brilliant job, and a brilliant product. :) :)
