This is a Chinese co scamming poor quality items!!! I will be reporting to better business bureau. One star because no other choice. Had to return $70 pair of shoes and this company has you pay for customs and shipping costs on your own which would be around $50 or more. Scam!! The shoes are garbage!!! Do not buy from them!! Fake leather, no arch support overall poor quality. My fault for online shopping, but they boast a luxurious, nice product. Lies!

The shoes I purchased are basically made of all man made material. None of it is leather. Looks nothing like the picture online, so false marketing. The sale at $50 seemed to good to be true and it was, threw the shoes away as soon as I received them. I wasn't going to fight a Chinese company for money back.

This clothing company is a SCAM! They ship the product straight from China, then if you want to return the items or exchange you must pay over $50 in shipping costs! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

SCAM. I PAID $70 FOR AN ORDER THAT NEVER CAME AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Got these shoes mainly for everyday use and they’ve been really comfortable so far. I didnt need to break them in which i usually have to do. Shipping took around 2 weeks but I was already expecting that. The look is simple but works with most outfits i like that.

Ordered a shirt delivery was fast and quality was good, would buy again

Bought an item using their size chart. Website said items ship in 1-2 days. It did, but took almost 30 days to arrive, only to find out it was not the size I ordered, and the tag had been cut off prior to arrival, so I had no way to prove it. Their website says customers do not pay shipping costs for incorrect, defective, or damaged items, and after several emails back and forth with Anna Davis, they would not stand by their policy. They offered me a 15% discount to keep the item, or they told me I would pay $40-50 USD to ship it back to them for a full refund. They ended up giving me 30% off the item and even though they swore by their product, they ended up pulling the item from the inventory on their webpage and removed all size charts!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is a garbage fast-fashion Temu masquerading as a legitimate brand. The loafers I ordered smelled so strongly of chemicals -- I've never encountered something so immediately fake and chemical -- and their size 9.5 was wildly small, not anything remotely close. When I reached out to start the returns process, they gave me the 3rd degree about whether I had in fact really purchased a product from them in the first place (?!) and required "photos verifying the sizing issue". Absurd... never got my money back.

Terrible experience. I ordered shoes weeks ahead of a wedding out of state. The shoes arrived days after I had left for the wedding. I am trying to return them but am stuck in AI chatbot hell with no resolution in sight. All I am asking for is return/refund information and I am getting the runaround. 100% would not purchase from this company again. And besides, these shoes are cheaply made and doubt they would have lasted past the wedding.
Avoid this company at all costs.

The selection on this store is actually pretty nice. I liked that it wasn’t overwhelming but still had enough variety here. I liked a trench coat and ordered it and it looks exactly like the photos. Delivery was fast enough i received mine in two weeks which matched expectations. I’d say worth it.

I like one thing that they dont overcomplicate things here. Just pick, order and its done. The loafers i received fit well and dont feel stiff. Delivery timing was accurate. No surprises anywhere at all throughout the whole process..

If there were an option to rate zero stars, I would certainly do so, only so that others know not to make the same mistake that I made. While I hate to rate a company who claims to be a family owned business poorly, I feel certain that this is a Chinese scam rather than a family owned boutique business. The customer service emails were very kind, but everything else about purchasing from this store is a front for a Chinese child labor production. The linen shorts were not linen, threads were hanging from every portion of the shorts, and the sizing/pattern was even less than mediocre. Even the tags were cut out of both pair of shorts that I ordered, and the sizing was most similar to a child’s size 10/12 rather than a men’s sized medium. Even considering that the shorts were an elastic waistband, they would not have gone around my teenage son’s thighs. (He is 30 waist) And sadly, when I tried to make a return, they informed me that my options were to take a 15% discount and keep the shorts or return the shorts back to China for $50 in shipping fees and tariffs.
Please do not make the same mistake. I can assure you that there is absolutely no one who would be happy with the quality of the fabric, the workmanship, or even the pattern/design. The same thing happened to me several months ago with a hat company sending Knock off hats from China and shame on me for not doing my research and having the same situation occur again.
Regardless of the of the hope that you will save money purchasing a pair of linen shorts, you will be disappointed and feel scammed in the end.

Got the loafers and a dress from here and I’ve already worn both multiple times. The shoes are actually comfortable which surprised me because i usually struggle with that. I’d probably order again because the whole process was so smooth and i had a great experience here than any other online shop

The shoes I ordered took 5 weeks to arrive and looked absolutely nothing like the pictures online. This is clearly a dropshipping operation straight from a factory in Shanghai.

Ordered sconces. Not one worked. Tried to return and they offered me 15%. No return label or anything offered. Horrible customer service. Never again.

Straight up fraud company uses fake shipping documentation in order to fake a delivery. Since it took so long for them to “ship it”, up to a month or longer will have passed before it stated as arrived. However, it never arrived thus I’m pretty sure this is straight up fraud.

I picked up a couple things randomly and it worked out fine. The quality feels better than fast fashion stuff I’ve bought before. Shipping wasn’t fast but not an issue since they’re upfront about it. Everything came in good condition and definitely i’ll order again.

I ordered randomly late at night lol and forgot about it. When it came i was actually impressed. The fabric feels soft with great quality. Fits well without needing adjustments. Its one of those purchases that just works without effort.

First of all i want to say thanks to their customer support team they doing their job really well, they helped me nicely in choosing correct size and tracking and the shirt i got is just easy to wear and perfect fit nothing flashy but it works for daily use. Fabric feels comfortable and doesn’t irritate or anything. The order was nicely packed and delivered in time, overall just a smooth experience

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son prom like a month early they didn’t arrive till like a week after his prom I contacted them for a refund they said I’d have to pay to send them back which would have been 50 which is the price of the shoe which is crazy then they only refunded me 12 dollars like what??? I will never ever ever order anything from this website again!
