First order was mostly a success, except they could not supply the requested quantity—they did not charge us for the full amount, so we were happy to order a second time.
Second order didn’t arrive. Had to chase it; when we did chase, they didn’t have what I’d ordered. They offered an alternative. I won’t be ordering a third time.
Quick delivery and easy to use website.
Branded sweets are fine but some others not such great quality. I was expecting them to be presented better but they just came in original clear packaging bags, no frills at all. The delivery box was damaged because it was not strong enough for weight of the sweets. The beer glass sweets are not how I remember them, no flavor. My partner threw away what I gave him, said they were cheap market sweets. So overall I’m not happy.
Just had some large retro party bags delivered as a birthday surprise to find underneath an added surprise of a large bag and cute display box. Such a wonderful added extra to make the day extra special whilst my husband is away.
