Great way to keep track of expenses
Great way to keep track of expenses. I wish I could've selected more than one bank account to filter at a time instead of going back and marking each one separately. But ultimately an easyish experience :)

I've used Keeper Tax for the past few years, and this year was the best experience yet. Keeper continues to amaze me with how seamless, straightforward, and stress-free it can actually be to prepare and file my taxes. I was worried that my situation would be too complicated or tricky for Keeper to handle - but I was wrong. (Lesson: set aside your tax woes, Keeper simplifies it). Terrible. They completely botched my return making me a target for audit and I am trying to get them to file a corrrection to no avail and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone. You get a bot > then wait 12 hours for a lazy reply from a human not resolving the issue only to reply to the bot again and wait another 24 hours for a reply. not worth $200/year

Keeper its great and like soylent green, its REAL PEOPLE!
Keeper its great, it has a great AI chatbot to help out with deductions, lots of articles, and also REAL PEOPLE that will take either your message or request once elevated in seconds!!
Also their algorithm for deductions is quite good and simple, and once your deductions are finalized and you scanned all your tax forms, A REAL TAX PROFESSIONAL will go thru your taxes and give you feedback and alerts.
